Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Naturtrüb is a natural and elegant Weissbier protagonist from Bavaria with a lush white foam. The copper-golden wheat beer with yeast-like opalescence unfolds an aromatic fragrance with harmonious fruit in which bananas and citrus greetings.

An easy drinking session ale brewed with American 2 Row, Munich, White Wheat, and Corn. This light bodied beer has a soft mouthfeel and slight sweetness from the corn. A late dose of American hops and low fermentation temps give the finish on this everyday brew some bright citrus tones. Free Mason Island is a shell island approximately 5 miles from the main Chandeleur Island chain and one of our best wade fishing spots we have access to from the Mississippi Coast.

American Pale Ale. Arguably the style that triggered the craft beer movement in the United States, the American Pale Ale showcases the floral, fruity, and citrusy aroma and flavors of Pacific Northwest hops in balance with a medium malt body Alaskan Freeride APA features a lush, green, almost tropical hop aroma paired with the unique taste combination of these three, distinctive hop varieties, making it both full in flavor and crisply thirst-quenching.

The freewheeled bicycle is a mainstay of the Minneapolis urban cycling scene. Similarly so, Freewheeler is the mainstay of our lineup. Inspired by the freewheel bike's simple and laid back take on urban transport, we've created a simple dry apple beverage that is a welcome change of pace within Minneapolis' excellent craft beer scene. Freewheeler is the product in our lineup most like a traditional European cider. The light, crisp, and effervescent character is reminiscent of a sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne. Freewheeler is crafted using a blend of Haralson, Honeycrisp, and SweeTango® apples that provide a tart but subtle apple flavor that is never sticky or overtly sweet. Finally a touch of brewed cane sorghum and Willamette hops adds body, structure and a hint of earthen aroma. This 5.8% ABV product is never too sweet or filling...the perfect start to any night. After a 12 week wait to receive the product, it shows up and looks like the freight company kicked it accross the country. The dreaded freight damage claim follows. Our Freight Damage is a lot easier to take. We have backed off the malt profile to allow the hops to shine through. This chocolate-coffee stout features organic Sumatra coffee beans from Elevation Coffee Traders and was inspired by the brewmaster’s college days of late night chocolate mousse pie and coffee needed to keep him rolling strong through the wee hours of the morning.

Freya was the Norse Goddess of war, love, fertility and beauty, and was thought to cry tears of Gold for her long absent lover, Odin. It is widely believed that she was so beautiful, no man could resist her. So, perhaps not surprisingly, with a long-absent husband, and a wealth of potential suitors, she also had a reputation for being promiscuous! We don’t like to consider her name-sake beer to be ‘promiscuous’ so much as ‘versatile’ because, much like Freya, our Kolsch-style Ale has a wealth of suitors and enjoys pairing with many of them. Freya’s Gold – Kolsch Style Ale is a light, crisp and refreshing ale. Like the traditional Kolsch style that originated in Koln, Germany, this ale goes through a long cold conditioning phase (much like a lager) to blend and smooth out the flavors. This results in a very drinkable beer with a clean body and mild flavors. Freya’s Gold is also balanced with acidulated malt and brewed with a touch of ginger to give a unique taste and drinking experience.
