Inspired by the centuries-old Belgian brewing tradition of Trappist monks, Unibroue 17 was first brewed to celebrate our first anniversary. This French oak aged, bottled refermented dark ale has a remarkable and complex flavour profile. Its Grande Réserve appellation is a fitting endorsement of its exceptional aging quality. Brewed once a year in individually numbered brasseur bottles. Unibroue 17 Grande Réserve promises to be a true delight for the specialty beer enthusiast.

In the creator role, and in the Raven's role as the totem and ancestor, the Raven is often addressed as Grandfather Raven. With this stately sense of pomp and tradition we bring you our Imperial Stout. This robust black ale is full with rich dark caramel, unsweetened chocolate, and hints of coffee aromas and flavors. Stately indeed, but at 9.5% ABV, perhaps it is just a vain attempt to encourage the trickster spirit to act respectably.

Brett Barrel-Aged Tripel The second iteration of the first barrel aged beer we ever made, this Belgian-style tripel was aged with multiple strains of Brettanomyces and bacteria for 16 months and a further 4 months with fresh yellow plums. Though we were happy with the original, this one is much older, wiser, and complex — a giant leap. Bottles are conditioned for a further 6-8 weeks prior to sale.

A product of another collaboration, this time with our friends at Mittenbrew. The inspiration for this recipe comes from the flavor profile of oatmeal raisin cookies. Dark caramel malts add the similar flavor of dried fruit, like raisins. Brown sugar, a touch of cinnamon and a heap of rolled oats are the ingredients of focus for this sweet n’ creamy amber ale.

For Easter, we throw in the garnish on our Holiday Glazed Ham Porter recipe. Flavors of Pineapple and Maraschino cherry produce a sweet and smooth finish. Mmmmm, Glazed Ham. It conjures up memories doesn't it, or perhaps strange food fetishes? No matter, from this day forward it should conjure up a taste memory of one helluva seasonal robust porter from Flat12. Our Glazed Ham Porter balances the spices of a favorite holiday platter and the deep roasted malt of the finest porter. Next Christmas, volunteer to bring the Glazed Ham...in a glass, everyone will thank you for their favorite gift of the season.

It’s a bigger version of 3RB’s best-selling Papa Bear’s Golden Honey Ale. Does it have more malt? Yes. More honey? Yes! Wheat? Of course! Hops? YES! It’s more, bigger, better, stronger…what better name could it have?

The summery saison has a light sweetness with tropical yeast notes and light barnyard wildness from the wild brettanomyces.

Granite Stout is truly the peoples choice. In January of 2014 the brewery conducted the Stout Challenge where for a month all visitors into the brewery sampled a selection of different stouts brewed in house. The winning recipes continued on and faced each other in the final round. After hundreds of votes were tallied the winning recipe became Granite Stout and is now available in 22 oz. bottles and on draft throughout New Hampshire.

A fruity and floral nose with hints of vanilla and bourbon, this cider is a bit complex as several flavors are picked up from start to finish. We took the Cottage and aged it in a couple of used Bourbon Barrels to make a drink that would make Granny proud. Granny’s won a bronze medal at the 2012 GLINTCAP Competition.

Possibly the most rustic and obscure beer of Germany, the salty, sour gose of Leipzig needed an American touch. How about grapefruit zest? The result is probably the only beer that goes as well by the pool as it does with Thanksgiving dinner.
