The Green Eyed Lady was one of the former brewery’s first flagship ales. While this is a new recipe that brings it to a Belgian Golden Strong style, we have kept the pistachios giving the beer a sweet finish. Contains Nuts.

Green Goblin is a 'full bittersweet' style of cider, using all English cider apples, including Dabinett and Somerset Redstreak varieties. The apples mostly come from West Country orchards, managed much as they always have been, including the arrival of the bees in the spring to pollinate the blossom in the trees. The apples are harvested in September and are pressed in our cider mill to extract the juice, which is then taken to the vat house. In a carefully controlled environment, fermentation is instigated by the introduction of a selected yeast. Once the matured ciders have been combined and blended into the finished cider it is ready for drinking. As a company Thatchers combines the latest modern innovations and technology alongside original recipes and techniques used in the 1900s.

Our limited release anniversary double IPA is loaded with hops from the South Pacific region. Tropical fruit and citrus notes abound and the slightly sweet malt character of this beer is rounded out with a pleasant hop bitterness.

The Ripper is the Green Jack Brewing Company’s champion Barley Wine. Inspired by Belgian tripel ales this multi-awarding winning brew is dangerously drinkable. Rich amber in colour Ripper is sweet and fruity with a warming finish.

Running through the 4kd Cricks of the Green Mountain Ranges, this Hazy American East Coast IPA is packed with SUPER DANK floral notes and packs a light sweet/citrus hoppiness. Dry Hopped with loads of Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo Hops. Watch out as the Haze begins to form over the 4kd Crick.

Sour IPA

The combination of cold Green Tea steep and a rich malt backbone creates a unique umami complexity in our February Brewhouse Rarities release. Rich dark chocolate and herbal accents greet the nose, giving way to a bittersweet chocolate base with strong roast earthiness and savory green tea flavors.
