In the year 20XX, Arcade Brewery worked to create an advanced beer. Within the great brewhouse, an elixir was forged by the combination of hops, grapefruits, and pixels. This volatile wort mutated into a beer like no other. Its wonderfully aromatic nose with the perfect balance of grapefruit, hops, and malt; Arcade Brewery realized they needed to share their 8-bit creation with the world. American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with grapefruit peel and a mysterious new hop codenamed “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Brewed to celebrate the opening of the Blue Jays’ “Grapefruit League” season in Florida, this is an Imperial Pale Ale that will satisfy the hop-head in everyone. This west-coast style craft ale is made with Cascade hops to give it a pronounced “grapefruit” aroma and palate with a very dry bitterness and long lingering aftertaste. Made with only pale malts, this golden beauty is a very simple yet elegant beer.

India pale ales harness the inherent flavor characteristics of hops to bring forward familiar flavors of pine, resin, spice, and citrus. In some cases, those botanicals are so potent, they exactly mirror specific edibles. Such is the case with Centennial hops, which hail from the Great Northwest and come across on the palate like a mouthful of citrus fruit. That sensation is amplified with this, the first beer introduced via the Stochasticity Project–a double IPA brewed with Centennial, Chinook and Magnum hops as well as an immense dosing of fresh grapefruit peel. The result is over-the-top bittersweet grapefruit intensity that is at once refreshing and bracing in its citrusy bitterness.

Grapefruit Sour is the perfect Oklahoma summertime and pool beer! We juiced 5 cases of grapefruits per batch to give this beer an explosion of flavor. After we soured the beer we loaded it with Apollo hops and let it ferment. You'll find the results to be refreshing, tart, and so drinkable. Say Hello to your favorite summer beer!

An IPA made in collaboration with Elements Coffee, Beer, Books. The beer is made with Simcoe and Centennial hops and fermented with Zinfandel grape juice.

How many apples are in a grappler? It’s a common question we get. While we can't give you an exact answer, we can tell you that our Grappler is full of apples. Delicious, tangy, juicy apples, that is!

Get sprung this spring with this funky monkey of a wheat ale. A big stash of Lemondrop hops were added to the kettle and the dry hop, delivering a big citrus blast. Lemongrass herbs were added for a refreshing twist and exotic aroma. The light malt bill lets the piney, grassy, lemony notes shine. Light in body with bright citrus notes, this is an extremely complex but very easy drinking brew.

Honey Double IPA brewed with oats. Fermented atop lots of Pennsylvania wildflower honey. Hopped intensely with Citra and Nelson Sauvin.
