This is a dry-hopped version of our IPA we crafted for American Craft Beer Week 2012. We start with Perle (bittering) and Glacier (aroma) hops, then 1 lb/bbl of Glacier hops are added in the conditioning tank at cold temperatures for 2 weeks. The Glacier hops provide the last layer of aroma and flavor in a more suttle way that really compliments this beer. This beer was available on draft only at the brewery.

Great Crescent Stout is crafted using American hops and is the same stout we use in the Bourbon's Barrel Stout; we pull some off before it goes into the barrels. This beer is created using dark roasted malts and exhibits full flavors of chocolate, coffee and has a full bitterness from the black malt that balances with the sweetness from the 2-row malt. If you already enjoy stout this one will impress you.

STRAWBERRY RHUBARB SOUR ALE is a gift for the senses. Strawberry is the yin to rhubarb’s yang—the sweet to the tart. This beautiful partnership creates a beer that glows ruby in the glass, bursts with strawberry aroma, and bites with every sip. Bright and effervescent, this sour is a fun and refreshing, lip-puckering treat perfect for every occasion, any time of the year.

In the creator role, and in the Raven's role as the totem and ancestor, the Raven is often addressed as Grandfather Raven. With this stately sense of pomp and tradition we would be bringing you our Imperial Stout, Grandfather Raven. However, this is an older, grander bird that had spent over a year honing itself in a 20 year old bourbon barrel. Since then it has been maturing on stainless steel. This robust black ale is full with rich dark caramel, unsweetened chocolate, with hints of coffee all mellowed with smooth oak and top shelf bourbon notes. Stately indeed, but at 11.7% ABV, perhaps it is just a vain attempt to encourage the trickster spirit to act respectably. RARE BIRD!

Jon Meyers of Power House Brewing Company in Columbus, IN and Dan Valas at Great Crescent Brewery collaborated to create a special brew for Fall. The beer is a Belgian Style Dubbel that uses pure, sweet Indiana honey in place of the Belgian candy sugar. It's hopped with Saaz and Celeia hops. The beer was brewed on September 13 and 14 (2009) and will be ready in mid-October. This brew uses the classic yeast that originates from the Chimay brewery in Belgium.

Great Pumpkin draws much of its flavor from a mixture of spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and allspice. Dark brown sugar adds color and some dryness to the spicy, malt-forward ale. The addition of the spices and pumpkin in the kettle makes this brew opaque. A warming pumpkin aroma and a slightly sweet taste characterize our special fall seasonal. The bourbon barrel-aged version of this beer, Great’ER Pumpkin, spends three weeks in barrels from Virginia’s A. Smith Bowman Distillery.

A true amber that is dark red in appearance with subtle roasty and chocolate aromas. Chocolate and toffee flavors dominate, while the fruity English hops balance the strong malt character.

Great Scott!!! Our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale has A sweet caramel malty body with a deep copper to brown in color. Compared to Scottish Ales, this sweet and full bodied ale is higher in alcohol, with a much more pronounced malty caramel and roasted malt flavor.

Bottle conditioned. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. A dark ale brewed with Maris Otter, vienna and munich malts and a little crystal malt for a subtle biscuit flavour. The hop varieties provide a fine balance and characterise the beer with a spicy finish.

This Imperial Stout is rich and powerful. It is made up flavors of chocolate, coffee, toffee, and caramel. This beer is high in alcohol which adds to its complexity. It is meant to be consumed no earlier than one year from the day it was brewed, and it is a beer that will get better over time.

A superb White IPA (5.6% ABV), bursting with tropical fruit and a subtle Belgian spice aroma. Grapefruity citrus takes over in the flavour with a clean, spicy, dry finish. Great White Combine builds quietly into a crescendo of flavour and aroma that leaves your palate with an appreciation for the calm after the storm.

Forget everything you knew about the previous version of our Greed. This new installment is a ‘Session IPA’ meaning it is a light, low-alcohol IPA, very refreshing and easy to drink more than one. It pours a golden color with a creamy beige head. It is unfiltered so it is slightly cloudy. The aroma is fresh and hoppy. It delivers the traditional grapefruit hop flavor of an IPA.

Honkingly good ale! A delightfully full flavoured beer, rich to the palate and displaying a rounded fruity aroma with hints of dark fruit, punching above its weight, this is a great beer for both the goose and the gander.

McKenzie's Green Apple Hard Cider has quite the kick. Maybe it's the deliciously crisp, slightly tart bite of green apples or the 5% alcohol.

This our “bench-mark” beer. A medium bodied ale with aromas of soft citrus and earthy pine combined with very subtle notes of tropical fruit. This highly hopped American style IPA leaves your pallet with a lingering dry and bitter finish.

With the aim of finding new and unique ingredients, we honed in on New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops to create this adventurous Triple IPA. Green Bullet leaps onto your palate with bold, spicy pine and citrus flavors including tropical notes of mango and pineapple. The aggressive yet well-balanced finish will stun the senses of even the most skilled hop hunter.

We use a special cold conditioning technique known as lagering to give a super clean finish to this clean malty beer. During the final stage of conditioning we added Farmer Don’s Big Jim green chiles, which we roasted in-house.
