This should make for the perfect palate-cleansing beer to counter some of the 'hop bombs' you'll usually find here in the NW. We fermented this golden ale with traditonal saison yeast, under slightly lower temperatures, to reduce the various esters sometimes contributed by these strains while keeping the mojo just right for the yeast flavors to stand out. We've also dosed in Brettanomyces yeast into the secondary fermentation tank to "funk some things up a bit." This beer will taste slightly tart, and will also have some yeast haziness, but is sure to be full-flavored.

Beer firmly connected to the venerable glory Rychnovský brewery comes to life again. The 100th anniversary of the beginning of the brewing family Mikšová have we cooked for you again. This is the type of old Czech dark beer, which our ancestors drank in the period after fasting. It is made from several kinds of caramel, highly aromatic malts, giving the beer intensely black, caramel flavor and aroma. Selected hopping along with the adjustment of the brewing process ensures balanced sweet and bitter taste. Cold leads main fermentation, a long time lying and maturation and higher wort concentration - 14% by weight. It supports full flavor and esterification. Guava Grove is a Saison which is fermented with guava. The guava adds sweetness and acidity to the prodigious fruity esters imparted by the warm fermentation temperatures of the Belgian yeast strain.

Tropical fruit meets tropical vibes in this “guavacated” version of our Islander IPA. Brewed with the classic West Coast combo of Centennial, Chinook and Columbus hops, this beer gets the tropical treatment with a hefty dose of fresh guava puree. The result is a surprisingly smooth, unfiltered IPA bursting with tropical goodness that’s sure to put you in that island state of mind.

Guavagood is our Allgood Kolsh brewed with guava.

Emphasizing that complexity of character can arise from simple elements, this ale is made with three malts and one hop. Its light amber color and slightly spicy malt character are derived from the use of German Dark Munich Malt and Rye Malt respectively. North American 2-row barley combines with the other grains to lay the foundation for the hop onslaught to come. Summit hops are used exclusively in the boil for bitterness, flavor and aroma but it doesn�t end there. Post-fermentation dry hopping allows the 9.5% ABV monstrosity to gently coax the citrus rind and grapefruit aroma to join the 100 IBUs already present. This beer should greet you with a pungent citrus blast, provide a spicy yet round middle and finish with a brisk, clean bitterness.

A light beer that is clean and fresh in flavor but with a significant presence. A truly fine beer brewed from only the purest water and natural ingredients, and free of artificial additives or preservatives. Naturally.

Only the beers from the city of Köln, Germany are allowed to be called Kölsch. While most German beers are lagers, Kölsch is one of the few German ales. This beer is light in color and quenching, very mild in hop character. This is a signature beer of Chris Erickson. The recipe was written after returning from a trip overseas visiting our German brewer friend Guido Waldecker and is named in his honor. Guido’s Kölnerbrau has an alcohol content of 4.9%.
