Heidelberger Osterbier is a speciality to spring and Easter Time. A beer that spring annually first and eastsuppl.-feels wakes. The Osterbier is a lovely-mild speciality with 5,4% volume, bottom-fermented in-brewed with fine hop and best brewing water. The brewery hare verschmitzt smiling from the label already pulled some Pils drunkard in spring into its spell.

German bock lager brewed for the transition out of cold weather. Full bodied carmel maltiness. Fairly aggressive, high alcohol, but still extremely smooth. 7.2 ABV%

A refreshingly spicy wheat ale brewed with fresh ginger.

This traditional unfiltered German-style weizen has banana and clove flavors not typically found in American versions of the beer. The yeast is the sole producer of the spicy character as no spices or fruit is added to the beer. Served with a lemon wedge.

Heir Apparent is an Imperial Stout with a complex caramel soul tempered by a chocolate & roasty undertone. Sweeter in style than Russian Imperial Stouts at only 60 IBUs, but balanced by the heat of fresh Mexican Peppers, Vanilla, and Cocoa Nibs. The Heir Apparent is ambitiously biding his time until he comes to power. His time will come.

This velvety American Barleywine-style ale is brewed with over 1,000 lbs of organic heirloom pumpkins and aged in rye and brandy barrels for a year. This decadent autumn sipper pairs well with pecan pie, bread pudding and a warm campfire.

Wenn es draussen wieder kalt wird, wärmt man sich gerne mit einem heissen Getränk. Und damit auch Bierliebhaber in der Winterzeit auf ihre Kosten kommen, gibt es jetzt den Heissen Schütz. Das Glühbier der Brauerei Schützengarten lässt eine alte Tradition aufleben. Denn bereits Johann Ulrich Tobler, Gründer der Brauerei Schützengarten, servierte in den 1780er Jahren auswärtigen Gästen ein heisses Biergetränk. Auf 70ºC erhitzt entfaltet der Heisse Schütz sein volles Aroma und wärmt Körper und Seele.

This is a dark and sexy beer (yep, 'sexy': we think 9.2 % is down-right raunchy) and so we named it after the Nordic goddess of the underworld, 'HEL'. The beer pours black as sin, with a dense, long-lasting head. The aromas reveal burnt sugar and subtle roast, balanced by some heady citrus and pine notes. The mouth reveals a seriously smooth, but ballsy beer. The significant bitterness is perfectly balanced by uplifting assionfruit/citrus/pine flavours from the intense dry hopping, and deep, rich, toffee [malt] sweetness. Warning: there is little evidence of the 9.2% booze, so watch this devious brew.

Saku's oldest beer. Saku Hele is a light special brew with a strong taste of hops and a pleasant aroma, which has been developed together with Czech master brewers. Saku Hele is brewed according to one of Saku’s oldest recipes in honour of Valerian Baggo, the lord of Saku Manor, who established a truly industrial brewery from the manor’s small brewery.

Well hopped and malty, our Imperial Altbier is a balanced, full-bodied and crisp ode to the “Old Style” German classic brewed with cherries.
