Homestead Amber Ale is a full bodied beer made in the traditional German alt (old) style. It provides a sweet maltiness with subtle hop flavor and a floral finish. Homestead Amber is named for a small log cabin located on the Comanche Creek in Northern New Mexico and constructed by the great grandfather of Comanche Creek Brewing Company's founder.

Fall is here, friends! Grab your sweaters. As the temperature drops, we here at the brewery are reaching for heartier, darker beers and think you should too. Hometown Double Brown is brewed in tribute to Henniker: a robust brown ale sturdy enough to stand up to the chilly nights and shortening days. Enjoy this beer with roast lamb leg, pot pie, and leaf peeping!

This is your year round favorite Black Strap Stout that's been aged in a Bourbon Barrel, and then bottle conditioned in our big 1 liter swingtop returnable bottles. Available at the brewery starting December 23rd, 2008 as part of our FESTIVAL OF DARKNESS and lasting until it's all gone.

The winner of an all-employee home brew contest, this hoppy Belgian-style pale ale has all the aroma you would expect from a Belgian, plus enough floral hop bitterness from 100% Belma hops to give your mouth plenty to be happy about. Refreshing and restrained, this beer is perfect for enjoying while you brew.

Homewrecker is a double strength India Pale Ale, meaning hop bitterness, flavor and aroma take center stage, with plenty of malt character to support it. Brewed with over half a ton of pale, wheat and caramel malts, we then add nearly 30 lbs of hops to make one 7 barrel batch. American Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial and Cascade are added at 6 different points in the boil. Then we strain the hot unfermented ber through raw hops to further extract flavor and aroma. Be careful though, we pushed this one past 10 percent alcohol, so if you start to hallucinate, quickly chug a Michelob Ultra to sober up.

Boat beer? Lawn mower beer? Beach beer? Yes to all three. Lower ABV beer “goes down super easy” (according to Joey) and can be enjoyed all day long. Start with one.

A blend of lambic beers brewed at 3 Fonteinen, with an addition of 30% whole fresh raspberries from the fabled Payottenland and 5% sour cherries. This unfiltered beer will enjoy a spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. No artificial colors or flavor enhancers are added. Lambic is brewed only from 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, hops and water.

Hoppy Belgian Pale Ale - Collaboration beer brewed with our friends at FATE in Boulder. Brewed with honey malt and heavily dry-hopped, this unique beer has a subtle smokey character.

For a 3 barrel (93 gallon) batch, 60 pounds of honey from the Catskills is added at the beginning of the boil, and a bit of local organic basil (sourced from my wife’s Seedsower Farm and/or Makinajian Farm in Huntington) is chopped up and added at the last 15 minutes of the boil. (The recipe is available here for any home brewers who might want to give this a try.) An earthy and floral ale. This beer is part of Blind Bat’s Farm-and-Garden series of beers using local ingredients.

Light in color and medium-bodied with a hint of fresh vanilla. A unique tasty brew for everyone!
