A classic German Hefeweizen with a touch of Canadian Honey Malt. Fermented with a German Hefeweizen yeast to produce banana and clove overtones.

Our Honey I'm Home Blonde Ale is a light easy drinking blonde with hints of sage and wildflower from the local organic honey used in the boil.

Clear with a bright, straw-yellow hue, slightly hoppy with some added sweetness on the backend from honey grown locally in Indiana. The Kolsch Yeast exhibits some of the fruity character of an ale, with a clean lager-like finish.

Delicate, golden, light-bodied, Fully attenuated ale with fruity and spicy flavor notes imparted by the addition of premium clover honey to the kettle. Made with pure Syracuse water, American pale malts, select British ale yeast and 4 hops varieties: Clusters, Cascades, Fuggles and Bullion. Naturally aged slowly, without finings or filtration, for a minimum of 1 month to develop its full flavor and clarity.

Honey Matrimony is made with wildflower honey from Clark’s Honey Farm in Evans, Colorado, and base malts from Colorado Malting Company in Alamosa. By starting with a well balanced American brown ale, our proprietary techniques allows the delicate aroma and flavors of honey to come through perfectly. So raise your glass and give a toast to the perfect marriage of ingredients from the best place on earth.

We put our dry traditional mead on oak staves to add a barrel aged character. Strong honey on the nose gives way to caramel flavors and woody tones. Oak rounds out the dry finish. Honey Oak complements anything on the grill. Goes nicely with conversation at the bar.

The name is self explanatory. Using honey mellows the sometimes-overbearing roasted malt notes characteristic of porters, a big reason people do not generally like this style of beer. This beer was initially slated to be a seasonal beer, but a certain Kevin would have none of that.

A smooth and crisp blonde ale with subtle notes of pepper and coriander. An excellent beer for a hot day at the beach. Watch out for bears!

Abita Honey Rye Ale is made with pale, wheat and rye malts. It also has a blend of four different caramel malts. We used 20% rye malt to give the beer a very good rye flavor and aroma. The extra rye also gives a fuller mouthfeel to the beer. We added a generous amount of wildflower honey as well. This gives the beer a sweet aroma and flavor. Willamette hops are used, but the beer is not very bitter and has very little hop aroma. This allows the flavors of the rye and honey to come through. The result is a full-bodied, sweet and malty beer.

Our take on a farmhouse style beer with a nice, light body and packed full of flavors. We used local honey to bring out a slight sweetness. The honey also helps to round out the peppery flavors from the yeast. Smooth and easy drinking but watch out for the alcohol in this one!evening beer.
