This is our Belgian Saison that was fermented with our farmhouse yeast blend and aged in red wine barrels for 8 months. Spicey, phenolic, and fruity esters from our farmhouse yeast blend meld with the delicate character of the French oak barrels and assertive red wine character of the barrels' previous inhabitant. Flavors of clove, lemon, red wine, and toasted baguette abound. This is a beer that will be released around Memorial Day in honor of veterans of our armed services. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Fisher House of Seattle which provides a home away from home for veterans and active duty military families who are seeking treatment at the VA of Puget Sound.

North Peak Hoodoo Midwest Wet Hop IPA is the first of it’s kind. Brewed with fresh from the farm Michigan hops for exceptional flavor. Hoodoo is hops from start to finish with a little malt in the middle, just enough to keep Hoodoo from going Voodoo on you. Not to worry - pretty much nothing but hops.

Rich and complex malt flavors. Low hop bitterness. Banana and bubble gum type esters. Finish is slightly dry and very even with bready malts winning out at the very end.

Dry, hoppy, and unfiltered, this wheat ale is the perfect companion for the spring season.

A full bodied, aromatic Red Rye ale brewed with malted barley, the addition of 20% Rye to the recipe, and with Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe hops. We think the Rye in the recipe gives some dryness and spice, and the hops add a dash of pine and passion fruit, but see what you think, everyone's taste buds are different. This is an incredibly flavoursome Red Ale, full of lots of interesting tastes and aromas.

A very pale, crisp beer, confidently displaying its hop character. The first Hook Norton beer to feature American hops. A fruity aroma and a pleasant, light taste.

Hooligan features imported Marris Otter malt which makes this beer super smooth and easy drinking. Slightly sweet, with just a hint of hops, this beer was brewed in the Southern English tradition with an American twist.

Our take on an English pub ale, our Hooligan Nut Brown Ale is light-bodied and sessionable with an impressively complex array of shapeshifting flavor. Inspired by the Hedley Kow of English folklore, the Hooligan dances across the palate. What starts as a sweet, malty brew shifts to rich, chocolate and coffee bitterness before transitioning to mild nuttiness and finally disappearing as if it were never there.

A tasty brew with slight hints of caramel and roasted malts finished with light hop characteristics.

Hoop & Stave No. 5 is a Doppelbock aged over one year in Rye Whiskey Barrels. This deep hued ale with ruby highlights has beautiful color and slight chocolate-like aroma. This German Style Lager has rich and malty flavors commonly found in Doppelbocks, but the whiskey barrels enhance dark fruit characteristics such as figs, cherries and plums.

A collaboration with Kyle Hollingsworth, Keyboardist of the String Cheese Incident, Hoopla's fruit, floral hop aroma and flavor will have your taste buds dancing!

A traditional pale ale, deep copper in color, Hoosac Tunnel Amber Ale has a rich malt profile from pale, caramel and crystal malts, supporting a generous helping of American and British hop varieties. A well balanced and flavorful brew, Hoosac Tunnel’s medium body and aromatic finish hops offer something for all beer aficionados.

Our Double IPA is brewed with Amarilllo and Summit hops for a complex aroma and pleasing flavor. It’s seamless balance of caramel and toffee sweetness, with big hop bitterness, will have you Hoot’n and Holler’n for more.

The ultimate summertime session beer refresher, our Berliner is tart, dry and very much a "sour" beer. Brewed with wheat grown and malted in MA by Valley Malt, this hazy beer will slake any thirst. The sourness is not in the background, it's right up front, so syrups traditionally used in German would be right at home.
