Honey Bock is a light, easygoing lager with a crisp hop presence that’s smooth on the palate. This sessionable Bock is brewed with pure clover honey to create an oh-so smooth springtime drinking experience.

A touch of Honey Malt gives this beer a slight sweetness up front, with just enough dryness to balance it all out.

With spring comes new life, a rebirth of color from flowers blooming. Bees gracefully fly from bloom to bloom, gathering sweet nectar and return it to the hive. Sweet and floral honey is then gathered by our friends at Gerard’Z Honeybees and used to make our Honey Britches. Light and crisp with the unmistakable flavor of fresh honey makes this the perfect spring beer. .

Honey Brown Ale pours deep brown with a foamy tan head. This beer is dry and full of malt flavors with a decent amount of hops to round it out. Smooth Sleeman Honey Brown Lager is brewed in the tradition of cottage breweries at the turn of the century. Some might think the tradition is outdated; we just think we got it right the first time. Tasting notes: Our Honey Brown boasts a rich copper with a creamy, off-white foam, creating a full-bodied lager with a touch of natural honey and a slightly sweet finish. The distinctive clover honey notes in this fine brew accent the aromas of toasted grain and caramel.

Local B’s honey, and chamomile flowers make this wheat beer slightly sweet and aromatically refreshing.

Honey Cream Ale is fermented warm like traditional cream ales but features an added twist--wildflower honey from Oregon. Honey imparts a dry, refreshing character to the beer because it ferments almost completely. The honey comes from a beekeeper in Blodgett, a tiny town 20 miles east of Newport. Rogues Honey Cream Ale is a light, smooth, medium bodied ale, with a creamy head, hints of honey and a crisp light finish. Brewed with two-row Harrington, Klages and Munich malts and Crystal hops. Discontined for distribution in late 2005, available on tap only at Rogue Ales Public Houses.

We blended honey malt and local beekeeper honey to give this beer a subtle honey taste with a distinctive Saaz hop spiciness. This warm weather ale offers easy drinkability for those new to craft beers but still provides plenty of flavor for craft beer lovers.
