Is a New England Hard Cider, made from freshly pressed apple cider with a bit of brown sugar used to help reach the impressive strength, then we let it age in freshly emptied Last Apple barrels, for a minimum of 6 months.

Brewed with Vienna and Munich malts. Hopped aggressively with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo.

A great introduction to a craft beer. Lighter in flavor with a sweet start and subtle bitter finish. Smooth balance of malt and hops how now brown is just shy of an official session beer.

Swallow a shyness that is criminally vulgar. Azacca, Amarillo, Citra, Calypso, Centennial, Chinook and Green Bullet for daze in this DIPA.

Mid brown in colour, this fruity Christmas beer packs plenty of flavour.

Another tweaked style. This time a kicked up American amber. Sweet malt dominates with toffee notes toward the middle. Finishes with sweet malt and a mild hop earthiness and peppery spiciness.

A mixed-fermentation Farmhouse Ale with Pilsner malt and Noble hops.

A very smooth pumpkin ale with the spices you expect from this fantastic fall beer. The cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg blend beautifully with the grain bill and a unique yeast strain.

This is our west-coast style IPA. Massive kettle additions and a double dry-hop process bring this brew to an explosion of hop flavor and aroma. The light body leaves a crisp, dry finish.

Some might call this beast a "Triple IPA" but we like to keep things simple. This Imperial IPA is loaded with the juiciest hops we can lay our hands on. The likes of Equinox, Simcoe, and Galaxy lay it on thick with aromas of passion fruit, lychee, grapefruit, and lemon. We balance the bitterness with bready malts and strategic aroma hop additions throughout the process. Bold, crisp, assertive, and resinous.

Hubertus has a bright, strong brown with reddish hues and a strong, well-smelling roasting and Malzaromatik. Light bitterness, balanced and full-bodied draw the "Hueber" from how it lovingly by connoisseurs sec-tions also. Hubertus is just the thing for dark beer lovers.
