Our Bohemian Pilsner has a forward hop character with a nice dose of malt flavor. This style originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic in the 1840’s. Ours is named after a dear friend, supporter, and avid lover of Tom’s beers. He lived his life with aloha and we hope to honor him and you with this beer.

Although the Grain Belt Premium recipe has changed hands over the years, one thing has remained the same–its legendary unique taste. And now that Premium is in the capable hands of a brewery with an even longer tradition than Grain Belt–the August Schell Brewery–may you rest assured that the flavor and heritage of Premium will live on forever. Gran Sport is a robust porter marked by its finesse and distinct malt backbone. Aromatic notes of chocolate and roasted coffee compliment the full-bodied mouthfeel derived from a healthy addition of oat flakes. Dark. Roasty. Malty. Splendid.

Grand Cru is a dark chestnut-colored Belgian-style Ale with vibrant fermentation aromas of fruity esters and spicy phenols. A sweet caramel malt, raisin, and plum-like character combines with the complex fermentation profile of our Belgian yeast strain and hints of bittersweet chocolate in the finish. Its full body and velvety mouthfeel make for a slow and satisfying drinking experience. Grand Cru is meant to be savored and will age nicely.

This beer is similar to a Belgian-style golden strong ale but is brewed with spices, which add additional complexity to the beer. The fruitiness from the fermentation melds with the spices for added depth. Despite the 10% ABV, this beer is very drinkable.

Grandpa Tractor® is Barley Forge's Dortmunder Export, an almost forgotten style. This full-bodied, moderately hopped German lager was the favorite drink of coal miners and heavy industry workers of the first half of the 20th Century in Germany. Hoppier than a Helles and less hoppy than a Pils, our Dortmunder strikes a balance between the two with a hefty mouthfeel derived from Pilsen malt and higher alcohol content (around 5.0% abv). This refreshing beer goes well with the end of a hard day at work and pairs nicely with grilled steak, any type of pork dish, and any sort of Asian or Hispanic cuisine.

Light, dry, refreshing and grapefruit tones in both flavor and aroma. This beer is not made with fruit juice, extracts or flavoring, just large amounts of hops!

Our Award-winning IPA, with a citrus twist. Our Grapefruit Sculpin is the latest take on our signature IPA. Some may say there are few ways to improve Sculpin’s unique flavor, but the tart freshness of grapefruit perfectly complements our IPA’s citrusy hop character. Grapefruit’s a winter fruit, but this easy-drinking ale tastes like summer.

Grateful creates a fresh spin on the American Pale Ale tradition. A strong citrusy, resinous aroma from the hops leads into a light body with subtle malt flavor. Grateful is a sessionable brew at 4.7% abv.

A grateful German American red ale. Smooth rich maltiness using imported and domestic hops.

We love our take on this style, which draws you in with a fragrant nose of bright lemon peel and oranges with pine undertones from American hops. The result is an aromatic and complex medium-bodied beer reminding us of the citrus fruits and pines of Northwest Florida.

This beer is brewed as a traditional English Style Porter. We use the best malts and hops to create a distinctive American interpretation of this classic beer style. Our Porter stands on its own as a great beer, then we add one more ingredient to make it truly unique. Coconut is added during the boil to give this beer a nutty flavor that blends perfectly with the style.

The Great Dismal Black IPA, named after the wildlife refuge. The Great Dismal Swamp, in Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina, once used as a part of the Intracoastal Waterway, is a dark, full bodied ale, extensively hopped both in bittering and aroma. 6 different types of crystal malts are used in this strong scotch ale, creating a sweet and bold malt profile. The generous use of English hops at the end of the boil give it a subtle hop profile. The malt profile lends a beautiful dark red color. This is a bold yet smooth beer.

A Crisp beer with a hint of citrus, made with two-row malted barley, unmalted wheat, a secret blend of Humboldt herbs, crystal clear mountain water and ale yeast. Great White is the beer that started it all – it’s the original gangsta. And it remains one of our very favorites to this day. Crisp and refreshing, it’s everything you could ever want from a Belgian-style white. It’s full-bodied, unfiltered, and goes down oh-so smooth. The hint of citrus and coriander sets it apart from other Belgian whites.

Our cross-continental IPA. Made with Australian and American hops, this citrus heavy IPA opens up in the glass with notes of pineapple, tangerine, and orange rind. It’s sharply bitter and nearly 8% ABV. . . The name comes from the initial batch in which, post boil, the wort looked green from so much hop particulate floating around. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.

Our Green Apple Cider has a bright, fresh apple aroma, with notes of honeydew melon and kiwi. This cider is a tart blend of a lively apple flavor and balanced sweetness.
