Green Line Pale Ale is a honey-colored, immensely sessionable American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line’s pleasant, crisp bitterness. Brewed since 1997, Green Man ESB is one of our signature brews, with its toasted malt flavor and pleasant finishing sweetness. Its eminently drinkable style comes from a blend of British-grown malts balanced with the earthy spiciness of hand-selected premium U.S. hops. Green Man Porter is a delicious, full-bodied ale rich in flavor, yet easy to drink, with a creamy, smooth mouth feel. The slight hop bitterness only enhances the distinctive chocolate and roasted finish to come. Ruddy brown in color, Green Man Porter offers a bittersweet balance of malt and hops with a light cream finish. It continues to reap accolades and medals from those who know best.

The Green Monstah is a big beer that goes down easy with a smooth malty-sweetness. It is made from only the finest organic malts, balanced with medium hop character. Caramel flavors predominate with notes of sherry, toast and raisons. Don’t be afraid of the Monstah!

Don’t let the “easy-drinking” part of it’s name mislead you. Green Trail still delivers a mighty hop punch, but also has a smooth malt body that masterfully balances that famous Ithaca Beer hop intensity. Green Trail has “instant hit” potential with die-hard hop heads and new craft drinkers alike. Weighing in at 6.0% ABV, Green Trail neither overwhelms taste buds nor underwhelm palates as sessionable and approachable IPAs often can. Our hops obsession has paid off. Not for the faint of heart, or the faint of palette, the fantastic Greenade Double IPA should come with a warning on the label: “prepare for taste bud attack.” The hop dominant yet smooth and creamy taste will surely blow you away. With a 9.0% ABV, the alcohol intensity of this brew is undeniable, however this only adds to the complex flavor and is balanced perfectly with citrus and floral hop aroma.

Our Session IPA is brewed with leisure in mind. Whether you are making the turn or watching the game with old friends, it’s the perfect complement to an easygoing lifestyle. Notes of citrus and pine exist in perfect balance with its malt profile and the low ABV allows you to enjoy even the longest of afternoons. It’s brewed with 2-Row and Victory Malts, a generous helping of hops during the boil, then dry hopped for one week before kegging and canning. This IPA deserves a day off.

Snowshoe Grizzly Brown Ale is the darkest beer available at the brewery, with a distinct, roasted malt character, dark color and medium hop finish. It pours out a deep brown color with ruby highlights, the head Bunyanesque in size, semi-creamy in texture. The aroma is of lightly toasted grain, caramel, and black walnut sweetness. Grizzly Brown Ale is brewed with five different malts giving it a rich roasted flavor and a smooth finish.

The foot soldiers of the Infantry belong to the oldest and proudest branch of the army, their boots “always ready, then, now and forever.” Our Ground Pounder Pale Ale honors those that have worn out their soles preserving the freedoms we cherish. This medium-bodied pale ale carries a solid balance of caramel malt, spice and citrus notes with bold, piney hop characteristics that deliver an herbal infusion of lime and crushed black pepper.

This is our take on the classic American Blonde Ale. Brewed with combination of pale and caramelized malts, this beer finishes light and refreshing, yet is full in flavor. The use of the New Zealand hop Wakatu gives it a slightly floral lime and citrus aromatic note to complement its crisp and refreshing taste. Perfect for a summer day.

This light colored, full bodied Belgian Ale is the best of both traditional and modern brewing techniques. A base recipe that is true to the Belgian farmhouse Saison style, with a Southern California flare. Notes of bread and biscuit combine with the Belgian yeast which imparts a slightly fruity, tartness. We took it to the next level by adding fresh Ginger Root sourced locally. The ginger kicks in a spicy aroma and flavor and compliments the aromatics of the Belgian yeast nicely. This is an easy drinking beer that can sneak up on you at 6.8%.

This West Coast IPA is both light and refreshing and huge on flavor and aroma. Coming in at 6.8%, we rounded the body with Caramel and Munich malts to balance out the bitterness from our boiling hops. Once fermentation is complete we blast it with a generous amount of Columbus, Centennial, and Citra hops (in the dry hop) to give it a combination of citrus and piney aroma and flavor upon first smell and taste. A very drinkable beer brewed to the West Coast Style of IPA.

This is one of our first seasonal offerings for Summer time (May-September). A hybrid of the White Ale and West Coast IPA made to be a refreshing easy drinking beverage for summer. We brewed this IPA with Wheat to give it a pale white color along with a slightly sweet flavor and body. At the end of the day this is a hop forward beer, dry hopped with a combination of Citra and Wakatu hops that give a burst of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and other citrus fruits in the aroma and flavor. A light, full flavored, bitter, unfiltered offering perfect for summer time, get it while it lasts!
