Hoppy. Sticky. Dank. Need we say more?

A light copper body low bitterness with good hop flavor. This is my impression of what the English troops may have been drinking when they occupied India. The pale ale they drank had mellowed considerably. The wooden casks had spent many months traveling on ships and long inland journeys to the troops, where they were then tapped and enjoyed.

This traditional ale was originally brewed in England for the British troops stationed in India. Double dry-hopped,it has intense hop flavors and aromas delicately balanced with a potent, yet delicious, malty sweetness. Randy's Notes: "Our IPA is of the imperial or double style, therefore much stronger than the normal IPA's now found everywhere. It has a very balanced but different flavor than most US micro types focusing on more on malt and hop balance where CA IPA's emphasize massive hop aroma and bitterness." This Enlgish Style IPA offers a smooth hop bitterness with a deep and rich malt flavor. The hop aroma is delicately veiled within its huge malt profile.

Triple dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight, our IPA explodes with aromas of grapefruit, grass and tangerine.

An experimental IPA brewed with pale malt and wheat. It's heavily hopped with Simcoe and mango is added late in the boil to enhance the hop fruitiness.

This beer is traditionally dry hopped (stored with fresh hops) to preserve the beer for later dilution. It was first shipped by the English around Africa and through the Indian Ocean to troops in India. Beer geeks have since developed it into a nice high strength beer with explosive hop content. Ours is bold, strong, and balanced with a heavy hop backbone.
