Our inaugural IPA was brewed with the hop varietals we had on hand before this year’s crop became available. We balanced the massive late hop with just enough bitterness to back it up.

The 2nd IPA release of this series is a refreshing and light bodied IPA that contains 30% wheat and uses large amounts of Simcoe and Denali hops as late additions. This 5.5% ABV IPA has citrus and tropical notes in the aroma. Tropical and pineapple flavors prevail with a mild piney finish.

Medium bodied IPA kettle/dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight 7C’s. Strong citrus and pine hop character that finishes crisp and bitter.

Originally brewed in England in the 18th and 19th centuries for export to the thirsty colonials stationed in India. Higher in hop and alcohol content (both natural preservatives), this amber, fruity ale has a big hop nose and assertively dry, hoppy finish. Unfiltered and dry hopped for more hop flavor and aroma. (7.1% abv).

A traditional IPA with a caramel malt profile, loaded with hops for an intense but balanced bitter flavor. Genesee Brew House Pilot Batch Series Dean Jones is an award-winning brewer with over 25 years of experience in the brewing industry. Since 2012, he has been the Brewmaster of the Pilot Batch System in the Genesee Brew House, and he frequently collaborates with other Rochester brewers and artisans on his brews.

This awesome IPA is heavy with grapefruit aroma and lots of citrus in general. It has 7 different hop varieties from the U.S., U.K., and Germany, a pale grain bill for a crisp, dry finish, and is dry hopped with glacier and centennial hops.

Ok, so technically the Weeping Radish opened on July 4th 1986 but we've decided to start the party early! In honor of our 25th Anniversary we've brought out a new beer: IPA 25. This India Pale Ale is brewed with a unique hop infusion process and uses hops grown in North Carolina. We have the first beer in North Carolina to use the "Goodness Grows in North Carolina" agricultural seal!

You have an affinity for Witbiers, Wheat Ales, and IPA’s? Hmmm…so do we. As a matter of fact, we enjoy each style to such a degree that one morning we elected to brew all three - at once. Prepare to revel in the outcome. The foundation for IPA Blanco is laid by traditional Belgian Wit grains (Pilsen / White Wheat / Oats) and spiced with cracked coriander, orange and grapefruit zest. Hops bound straight out of an IPA recipe (Cascade / Centennial / Columbus) and the yeast straight off a batch of American Hefeweizen. This fusion of beer styles results in a hazy, spirited brew proud to be part of the American Nanobrewery Hybrid Ale Revolution.

Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Citra star in the numero uno addition of our Collective Project IPA series. These three hops were grown to be together, the New Zealand grown Nelson-Sauvin hops impart a strong fruity flavour with an aroma that resembles white wine, or fresh crushed grapes or gooseberries. Paired with the earthy pine and citrus of the Simcoe hops they commingle with the floral citrus notes of Citra hops. This is one delicious, juicy and slightly dank IPA.

As the weather cools, we usually ramp the ABV back up in this series, and September is no exception, weighing in at 6.9% to go with 72 IBUs. After the lighter, fruitier flavors of the summer month IPAs, a generous double dry hop with Chinook will give this one some hefty pine notes to go with a nice hint of grapefruit. And the label dog, as usual, is adorable.

From the depths of 'project X' comes a fun new variant of our IPA. We love the flavor differences that just the change of one hop makes; Mosaic!

We love hops! It´s as simple as that. A smooth and well balanced IPA. Typical grapefruit and pine character on a golden coloured malty background. Novelty beer of the year 2012 below 6,0 % alk.

Una versión suave de una IPA , suave en alcohol , agradable de beber pero bien lupulada , es una cerveza en la que predomina absolutamente el lúpulo sobre la malta. Tiene un bonito tono amarillo-anaranjado con cierta turbidez , aromáticamente es muy compleja predominando frutas tropicales y toque pináceo , tiene un cuerpo ligero , muy fácil de beber y sabores frescos de los lúpulos.
