Jersey Devil Double IPA is our statement of what a Double IPA can be. Made in the hazy, obsessively aromatic Northeast style, and showcasing intense aromas and flavors of classic American hops with soft, drying bitterness and gentle malt character that makes the mouth water. Jersey Devil Double IPA is soft and juicy, with intense aromas of peachy tangerine juice, pine resin, and dank earthy-green hops!

An American Belgo style ale brewed with wheat malt, rye malt, flaked oats and spiced with coriander and loads of American hops! This beer pours hazy with a small creamy head releasing citrus/fruity aromas. Citrus/fruity flavors dominate with hints of spice and hop bitterness finishing dry with a medium body mouthful from the addition of oat flakes.

The Jester’s Tree is a collaboration brew between Weyerbacher and our friends at Naparbier of Spain. This hearty Imperial IPA weighs in at 9.2% ABV and 100 IBU. With over 7.5 pounds of hops per barrel, this hop explosion will give Hopheads everywhere something to cheer about!

Barrel-Aged Black Ale Brewed with Smoked Peppercorns & Vanilla Beans.

A take on one of our retro portfolio brands, but 2.0. This Imperial Malt Liquor imparts tropical fruits with a hint of hop at the finish.

Jetty Cream Ale was brewed just in time for the change in weather. After a chilly spring, the sun is finally shining and the residents of Long Island are starting to take advantage of all the wonderful things this island has to offer. This beer is light in body but not in flavor. A hybrid style of sorts, it’s reminiscent of a light american lager but of course as you’d expect from us here at Great South Bay, we put our own spin on this classic style using our house yeast strain. Also, with the addition of Orange Blossom Honey which was added to the beer during fermentation, we extracted the flavors and sweetness of the honey to give a whole new dimension to this easy drinking beer.

Jever Fun is brewed as a normal-strength beer (Vollbier) and the alcohol is then removed in a specially developed process.

Prepare to Jibe! With the wind at our back, we are changing direction. Guided by San Diego’s endless summer breeze, we navigate into new hop territory with Jibe Session IPA. Well-balanced, floral, citrus and vibrant hop character defines our idea of what a perfect session ale should be. At 4% ABV, this session is so good, we are trimming our sails and riding the wind.

Double IPA - 9.3% ABV, 65 IBUs A bright, citrusy Double IPA with a deceptively light body and dry flavor. To compose this brew, we borrowed techniques used by Belgian brewers to achieve a big beer without much sweetness. The Citra dry hop gives this beer its bright citrus notes and aroma.

Our west coast style ipa is heavy on the late hop additions.

A DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE INSTILLED WITH JUNIPER, GINGER & LEMON PEEL Made from the exotic ginger root, juniper berry tincture and a citrus peel duo of lemon and lime, these botanicals mix miraculously well with a double dose of the most delectable hops known to mankind. Be sure to crook that elbow of yours, for one gloriously refined swig! You’ll find that another is certain to follow as if by divine influence. Good for everything a beer ought to be good for. Beware of Jindia Pale Ale counterfeits from hucksters and mountebanks, and accept only this genuine article.

Dashing through the snow with our Jingle Balz Winter Ale! A gorgeous ruby red brew, with pine and citrus spice, we dry-hop this balzy beer with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook for a delicious lingering hop hit. Best served pulled out of 3 feet of powder around a roaring fire celebrating the holiday season. Let the festivities begin!

Fans of our Uncommon Stout will love Jingle Java! This coffee stout is enhanced with vanilla, pecan, cinnamon, caramel and rum to give it a flavor that is perfect for the holiday season!

Spring has awoken the might of the Jinja Dragon. We've harnessed the power of "the glow" through generous additions of hibiscus and ginger with a touch of black peppercorn. Sure enough, the legend of the shogun of mead is true. Although only available for a short time throughout the year, we assure you this is not the last Jinja Dragon.

An ale for dancing bonfires and falling leaves. Jinx prepares the bones for snow. It's a full bodied strong ale the color of maple's golden leaves in the season's fading sun. Finished with a touch of peat-smoked whiskey malt, Jinx offers sweet, toasty aromas of caramel, tea, and smoke. Deep flavors of dark candy sugar and warming alcohol notes are balanced by a spicy hop bitterness.

This special coffee stout includes NAFTA approved, organic, shade grown coffee beans from Costa Rica, Indonesia, and Ethiopia roasted by the brewmaster at local coffee roaster Red Twig in Edmonds, Wa. Hints of your morning cup are evident in the aroma, flavor and finish of this breakfast beer (but not just for breakfast). No Chemicals, Additives or Preservatives.
