English Dark Mild with rye

A rich amber color and deep layers of natural malt flavor make this a great session beer. Brewed with a complex blend of distinct caramel style malts and light hop additions, this ale is sweet and toasty on the palate, and smooth to the finish.

Driven by a desire to embrace all things wintry, the Jolly Traveler dwells deep in the northernmost regions of the hemisphere. He passes the time pondering Greek philosophy, tending to his 225-square-foot cabin and sled dogs, and communing with nature – even the occasional curious polar bear. Monthly air drops of supplies keep his pantry stocked. Late fall deliveries are highly anticipated, because that’s when he receives the ingredients to brew a truly refreshing WINTER SHANDY, with notes of spice, orange, and pomegranate. Once the shandy is ready in early winter, he packs up the sled and mushes his dog team south to catch up with family and friends over the invigorating libation that annually heralds winter’s triumphant return. We proudly introduce the Jolly Traveler, a cool fellow with a WINTRY disposition. Jolly Traveler is a cheerful winter beer inspired by the senses of the season. A wheat beer made with real orange, pomegranate and holiday spices, this Traveler is a refreshing libation for the season of festivity.

Jones Dog plays homage to our very own brew dog Jonas. Our chocolate lab has been with us since the birth of Pipeworks and so we honor him with this chocolate milk stout. Brewed with cacao nibs and lactose milk sugar, we hope you'll find this brew as smooth and chocolatey as the Jones Dog himself.

East Flanders style sour brown ale. Steeped with sour cherries.

A REAL ruby red medium bodied brew with lovely caramel malt flavors and a hint of chocolate. Topped with a mild and pleasant fuggle hop infusion, this ale will go down smooth. Sure to bring out your inner leprechaun.

José Martí was a pivotal figure in Cuban history leading an insurrection that ultimately resulted in Cuban Independence from Spain and was revered by Tampa cigar rollers for his support of cigar factory workers and his fiery speeches in Tampa in support of Cuban Independence. This is a heavily hopped high gravity porter featuring the hopping levels of an India Pale Ale with the rich and roasty malt profile of a robust porter. Heavy hop rates, while uncommon in today's porters were not unknown historically and recipes from the British porter producers of the 1800's evidence hopping rates far in excess of what is common for the style today.

In Bavaria, a unique strain of wheat beer yeast produces an array of distinct flavor qualities typical of a true Hefeweizen: citrus, bubble gum, clove and banana. Trader Joe’s Bavarian-style Hefeweizen is fermented with this exceptional strain. In accordance with the German purity law, this superior beer is brewed with a minimum of 50% malted wheat. Beer Stats 5.3% ABV, 12 I.B.U. Fermented with top fermenting yeast. Brewed for Trader Joe’s specialty grocery stores.

You love stouts. Or you love colonial swords and this color scheme. Midnight black, a chocolaty pillow of a head, and an added touch of smoked malt for another layer in an already intensely deep and roasty brew. The name: Joshua Norton was the self-proclaimed emporer of the United States. He was crazy and probably fun to talk to -- like us.

Whip Wheat Whiskey Barrel-Aged Beer Series. This classic barleywine brewed with traditional UK ingredients bursts with vanilla and oak aromas from the barrel. A rich caramel malt gives way to firm hop bitterness, lending balance, then a gentle warming effect from the whiskey. Clean finish.

The Lehigh Valley Homebrewers joined brewer Mike for this twist on the traditional West Coast IPA. Hints of peach and citrus are accentuated by a unique spiciness and crisp finish that comes from the rye malt used to create this RyePA.

A big Imperial Red coming in at 9.2% ABV. Our recipe blends Maris Otter English Pale Malt with U.S. 2-row Pale malt, then adds Belgian Aromatic Malt to create a deliciously malty/hoppy balance. Dry hopping with generous amounts of Amarillo and Simcoe hops give an instant “hop-bomb” aroma. More malt balance than the usual West-Coast “Hop Head” Imperial IPA, this Imperial Red satisfies your hop addiction, but finishes complex and smooth.
