A hazy, straw colored beer, using a pilsner 2-row malt blend. This beer was both brewed and dry hopped with 100% mosaic hops. Completely fermented with house brettanomyces. The finished beer has an aroma bursting with pineapple and notes of bread crust. Pineapple continues throughout the flavor with additional notes of fresh cut grass. A mild tartness in the finish is nicely balanced with a pleasant hop bitterness.

Little Egypt APA is a beer for the hop-head that wants to drink several pints without getting hammered. For a low ABV beer, this one is packed with flavor. We use copious amounts of Mozaic and Simcoe for dry-hops and balance that load with a significant malt structure for such a little beer. This beer was developed by the brewer for every day drinking (his).

In honor of the birth of his beautiful little daughter Gwyneth, Kyle presents us with a beautiful Extra Special Bitter. This classy rendition of the ESB style is full of personality, just like its namesake. Brewed with a healthy dose of Oregon Goldings and Cascade hops, Little G has aggressive hop profile that's balanced by five different specialty malts which deliver a balanced, toasty, caramel finish. Little Havana is a creamy sweet stout with a subtle hint of french vanilla that acts like a creamer to the beer's roasted coffee finish.

This American Pale Ale is meticulously handcrafted for full floral hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with grains from America's heartland - Simcoe® for bittering, Amarillo® and Cascade (both dry hopped) for aromatics - this beer finishes crisp and clean. Have a few and your freshly mowed lawn will still have arrow-straight lines. Little Hump was awarded the "2012 Best Session Beer" by the USBTC.

An American oatmeal stout brewed with copious amounts of dark malts and oatmeal. It pours a deep black color with a thick chocolate head. Dark chocolate and coffee are present in the aroma and carry through the velvety mouth feel with a slight sweetness of toffee resulting in a well balanced and easy to drink stout.

The small beer brewed from the same grain as the Maxmillian as a sparged parti gyle beer. One time only, available in October of 2010.

Aptly described as the ‘little brother’ to our hard-hitting Imperial Oat Stout, Little Oat is a small stout made from the second runnings of our Big Deluxe mash. Clocking in at only 4.5% ABV, this small beer has an amazingly nuanced gathering of flavors given its heritage. Small beers were once a common brewing method closely marked in beer history — Shakespeare himself mentioned small beers in his sixteenth century writings. This beer will only be brewed on a limited basis so get it while it’s here!
