Little Brett

A hazy, straw colored beer, using a pilsner 2-row malt blend. This beer was both brewed and dry hopped with 100% mosaic hops. Completely fermented with house brettanomyces. The finished beer has an aroma bursting with pineapple and notes of bread crust. Pineapple continues throughout the flavor with additional notes of fresh cut grass. A mild tartness in the finish is nicely balanced with a pleasant hop bitterness.

Little Brother

Little Brother is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale. By Northwest standards an 9% beer may not be considered strong, but it is currently one of the biggest beers we produce. It pours dark brown, with shades of ruby and a creamy tan head. The flavor is dominated by caramel, and candy and offers a smooth finish.

Little Dinghy

We've all heard some version of the IPA origin story. Folk knowledge tells us that the English had to produce beers with more hops and higher alcohol levels to survive the trip to India in colonial times. Little Dinghy has all the hops you'd expect in an IPA - namely Falconer's Flight and Sorachi Ace - but with a teeny tiny ABV. Such a small beer would not be at home on a huge English sailing vessel. A smaller boat would be more fitting. A little dinghy, perhaps.

Little Egypt APA

Little Egypt APA is a beer for the hop-head that wants to drink several pints without getting hammered. For a low ABV beer, this one is packed with flavor. We use copious amounts of Mozaic and Simcoe for dry-hops and balance that load with a significant malt structure for such a little beer. This beer was developed by the brewer for every day drinking (his).

This is our strong ale. The yeast was brought from West Flanders in Belgium by the brewer and his wonderful bride. This is a strong ale but deceptively so. We call it an Uber-Triple (yes we made that up). It's big for a Triple. Please enjoy this beer responsibly.

Little G' E.S.B

In honor of the birth of his beautiful little daughter Gwyneth, Kyle presents us with a beautiful Extra Special Bitter. This classy rendition of the ESB style is full of personality, just like its namesake. Brewed with a healthy dose of Oregon Goldings and Cascade hops, Little G has aggressive hop profile that's balanced by five different specialty malts which deliver a balanced, toasty, caramel finish. Cheers to the new daddy!

Little George

Imperial or "double" IPA's are intensely hoppy strong pale ales. The intention of this style is to showcase as much hop character as possible by keeping the body light and dry, allowing a balance of hop bitterness with the higher alcohol content rather than with malt character. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of Simcoe Hops for our hop head friends!!

Little Oat

Aptly described as the ‘little brother’ to our hard-hitting Imperial Oat Stout, Little Oat is a small stout made from the second runnings of our Big Deluxe mash. Clocking in at only 4.5% ABV, this small beer has an amazingly nuanced gathering of flavors given its heritage. Small beers were once a common brewing method closely marked in beer history — Shakespeare himself mentioned small beers in his sixteenth century writings. This beer will only be brewed on a limited basis so get it while it’s here!

Little One

In the age-old tradition of brewing Barley Wines, we brew two big mashes and take only the first runnings to make Critical Hit. We then sparge the grains to make a second beer (historically referred to as a Small Beer) to create the Little One. This beer is a drinkable 5.6% alcohol that has much of the rich malt flavor of its bigger relative but not the bite. Little One is mildly bittered with 100% German Hallertauer hops and is dry-hopped to maximize the lovely aroma.

Hopped with Tettnanger and Czech Saaz hops, Little Red drinks like a light lager with a touch of spice. Enjoy.
