Lolita is a pink rose colored Belgian style pale ale fermented with wild yeast and aged on raspberries in wine barrels. Aromas of fresh raspberries, bright jammy fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing body make Lolita ideal for beer drinkers fond of Belgian Framboise.

Lolo, a Hawaiian word for “crazy” is the perfect way to describe this dry and juicy American IPA!

English Style Session Ale

Every time we brew our IPA it’s different. Experimenting with the malt bill and hops has allowed us to sample many varieties of IPAs, from fresh Simcoe & Citra hops to New Zealand hops.

An unusual take on an English style Robust Porter. Chocolate, coffee & soft toffee notes round out this medium bodied dark ale fermented with a Belgian yeast strain delivering a slight Belgian funk.

This English Old Stock Ale was aged in Cedar Ridge Apple Brandy barrels

Fuller’s London Porter captures the flavours of those original brews perfectly, although you won’t find a cloudy pint these days! Rich, dark and complex, at 5.4% ABV the beer has an outstanding depth of flavour. It is brewed from a blend of Brown, Crystal and Chocolate malts for a creamy delivery balanced by traditional Fuggles hops. The range of flavours works well with a wide variety of foods, ranging from rich meat dishes, to oysters, and even chocolate puddings.

A robust yet smooth black ale with a complex balance of caramel & dry roasted-dark chocolate malt flavors. English hops are used for a firm yet balanced bitterness. Porter wasa so popular in 18th century London that it became the world’s first mass produced industrial beer. Labor intensive steam driven breweries and enormous oak vats were used to supply the world demand for this beer!
