Pale and CaraFoam malts and Naked Golden Oats to yield a rich copper color and smooth mouthfeel. We minimized the specialty malts in this brew to allow the star of the show, the hops, specifically Mosaic, to be showcased properly. Using Warrior as our primary bittering hop and additions of Mosaic and Zythos in the brewkettle and whirlpool we created a crisp intense bitterness and layers of earthy and herbal flavors. Finally, we dry hopped this unique IPA with Mosaic once again to lock in and enhance the aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and fresh pine.

A “session” IPA (only in IPA standards). This IPA is done with 100% mosaic hops which gives it a very tropical-fruit aroma and flavor.

This complex hybrid beer is a traditional Belgian-Style Farmhouse Ale at its roots. Budding flavors and aromas of mango,Pineapple, and citrus from superfluous dry hopping give this beer it's unique profile.

Named after John Mosby, the "Gray Ghost", whose raiders eluded the Union Army in this area. Plenty of malt sweetness cutting through along with lots of hop flavor.

El Dorado and Mosaic hops

A base of the choicest Northwest two-row pale malt is fermented with loads of cranberry and cherry purees from Oregon Fruit Products. This hand-crafted fruit beer contains no flavorings, artificial colors or preservatives; only the highest quality fruit, malt and hops sourced from the Pacific Northwest.
