A classic crisp, golden ale with a blast of American cascade. A floral background, a bitter bite, a balanced sweetness.

This is a bright mahogany-hued beer based on a recipe from medieval times with a rye dominant malt bill. It has a rye breadiness, a spicy fruitiness and a faintly sour and dry finish. This Roggenbier is a touch smoky, tart and sweet with characteristics of banana and clove.

Blonde bocks were first brewed as fest biers during May Day celebrations. Mai Bocks are traditionally pale in color and lightly hopped. Wisconsin and European barleys are joined together to create the heart of this intensely malty bier. Norski Honey Bock is accented with fresh clover honey harvested just over the hill from our little brewery. The Vikings of Norway also used honey in their strong brews. We have included Thor's Hammer on this label as a nod to our forbearers. Expect this bier to pour the deepest golden blonde body crowned with incredible creamy foam. The subtle bouquet is reminiscent of Old World Hallertau and Saaz Hops. Mai Bock is best served ice cold. Taste and enjoy Wisconsin's nectar.

North & Western is a dry-hopped Saison style ale. Starting with a base of pilsner malt we infuse this beer with hops from around the globe, both in the boil and with a hefty dose of dry hops in the tank. The result is a complex combination of spicy yeast character with layers of floral, citrus, pone, and fruity hop notes. Drink this one fresh to get the most from the awesome bouquet of hops.

With the arrival of turning leaves and cooler temps, a beer with backbone and drinkability to lean on is required. Insert North by Midwest, our latest in a series of experiments showcasing Northwest Hops. Pure gold in color with an ivory crown, citrus and earthy aromas fill the the air. Grapefruit and lemon burst through the first taste, but finish balanced and clean like a great lager should.

The North Trail IPA is crafted using generous amounts of American hop varieties combined with Premium 2-row, Crystal and Honey Malts, giving this beer a citrus flavor with hints of grapefruit and tangerine.
