(nou-REE-ooh-FOO-rag) A full-bodied stout with milk sugar, this piney and orange citrus hopped little beast features roasted, coffee, and dark chocolate balance.

A golden pale ale, this beer has medium malt character, assertive hop flavor and bitterness with a distinctive fruity aroma and citrus finish.

This NW style sour ale consists of various blond ales that were barrel aged up to 12 months, then additionally aged for eight to 12 months on raspberries and apricot Noyaux.

This brew is named for the brewer’s granddaughter. You know there’s a good story here, ask your server or the brewer for details. Brewed with pale ale malt, Weyermann Carared malt, Crystal 60, malted white wheat and just a touch of roasted barley for color and a slight roasted flavor. This beer is single hopped with US Golding for a nice balance between hop bitterness and malt sweetness.

Not a beer to bring home to Mom, NSFW is most at home in shady joints and dives from Mos Eisley to Gommorah. Born on a moonless winter night in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, it made its way east, dodging authorities at every turn. So black it makes both pot and kettle blush, NSFW features criminal hop bitterness and a dank pine aroma that will make police dogs alert their handlers. Use with extreme caution, and don't tell your boss.

We spent over a year prototyping R&D versions of Nu Skool. This final version is one special beer. It is an IPA with a slight malty sweetness, but overall balanced & brimming with tropical, fruity, spicy, piney & citrus character. To contrast our IPA, which most closely resembles a traditional English IPA in malt & hop bills, we wanted to brew an India Pale Ale in a new way. West Coast brewers have been brewing lighter, more “Americanized,” yet still full of hop character & our brewers wanted to try their hand by brewing their take. HOP PROCESS: We used 3.5 lbs. of “new school” varieties of hops per barrel of beer. We load our hopback to the brim with Mosaic hops for a big tropical fruit character. A nice whirlpool dose of experimental hop #07270 gives the beer a flavorful, resinous character. We then dry hop this beer on two separate days with a large amount of Mosaic hops in our hop cannon & Simcoe + Equinox two days later.

A no-holds-barred double IPA brewed with Warrior and a blend of hops.

This English Brown Ale has a rich nutty flavor, sweetened with fresh local honey, and balanced with a spicy hop note. It’s very smooth and enjoyable. “You gotta be Nuckin’ Futs not to try it!”

This fresh and fruity IPA was brewed with 100% nugget hops. These hops are known for their high alpha acid but mellow bitterness.

Nugget Single Hop IPA is a very hoppy IPA made only with Nugget-hops.

NuHell is a new type of lager. This succubus of a beer will entise you and suck you in with it's bright lager appearance. By then it's too late, there is no going back. The hop flavor and aroma will lay you out as well as any IPA, yet has the crisp palate cleansing effects of a lager. Brewed with all New Zealand hops, NuHell IPL is a lager all true hop fanatics will lose their heads over.

Espresso Stout

This creamy and crazy ale takes our Burnt Fog Smoked Porter recipe, drops the smoked malt and adds peanut butter, chocolate and lactose sugar. The combination produced a creamy peanut butter cup of a beer fitting of a celebration and capable of easing the winter doldrums. Nukin’ Futz was brewed for our 3rd Anniversary but will continue as an annual winter release. We want to raise our glass to you Sacramento for being supportive of our little brewery.
