An unfiltered Saison made in collaboration with Not For Sale non-profit, a nonprofit that works against human trafficking worldwide. We used a Peruvian herb called Cat’s Claw combined with honey, ginger and fresh Hibiscus flowers. The Hibiscus gave this beer a beautiful peach/pink color and the Belgian Saison yeast adds a spicy kick to your palate at the finale.

We’re putting the Dandy touches on craft beer ancestry with this return to the foundations. A pronounced East Kent Golding bitterness is backed by a classic English malt body, with a touch of sweetness, and just a hint of new world hop juiciness!.

A German style Alt ("oldÄ in German) bier this version is a Düsseldorf version. Dark copper in color, rich malt notes, medium body and somewhat well hopped with the Spalt varietal. Cold conditioned for an extended period to lend a clean, crisp, smooth, flavor. This bier was made with pilsner, munich, wheat and a touch of chocolate wheat malts. Prosit!

Picture Santa crying.... Taking a step away from our hop forward roots we crafted this recipe with the help of our Brew Father to highlight the tastyness of holiday spices. Utilizing cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger, nutmeg, fresh orange zest, grains of paradise and amazing awesome sauce we concocted this wickedly good holiday mix. With an IBU of 19 and 5.7% ABV, this crimson beauty can be sessioned all night without fear of praising the porcelain thrown. Spicy, malty, goodness.

A rich and chocolatey brown porter with the addition of dehydrated peanut butter both in the boil kettle and later in the fermenter. Not overwhelming in flavor, the peanut butter taste and aroma stays in the background. Originally planned as a seasonal, our customers won’t let us take it off tap.

Reserve Series (22-ounce wax-dipped bottles and draft) With the expansion of our coveted Reserve Series this year, fans will be happy to hear about a new addition to the lineup: “Not the Stoic”. This contemplatively brewed Belgian-styled quad was aged and sequestered in Rye Whiskey and Pinot Noir barrels, resulting in a complex flavor that is an entirely new rendition (with a nod to the original “The Stoic” that was released in 2011).

This creamy coffee stout made with local coffee from Charleston Coffee Exchange will get your day started off right. The fairly strong, highly roasted dark stout with pronounced bitterness finished off smooth pouring from our nitro tap.

Kovac passed down his family’s beer making tradition by working tirelessly with his son to craft the first version of “Not Your Father’s Root Beer.” At 10.7% ABV, the silky, smooth and satisfying finish is unmatched in flavor. It appeals to craft beer aficionados as well as those who don’t typically drink beer but crave something unique. The award-winning “Not Your Father’s Root Beer” achieved a 95 rating from Beer Advocate and is very popular in the Chicagoland area. We will occasionally do limited edition runs of 22 oz bombers at 10.7%.

This is beer brewed with spices. We like to think of it as a refreshing creamy ale with Madagascar vanilla.

This milk stout is not for the lactose intolerant. A sweet roasty aroma and flavor gives you the impression that we just dropped two lumps of sugar into your coffee as subtle hints of chocolate come through in the finish.

As dark as an Existentialist’s soul, this brew is roast forward, like a Bohemian coffeehouse. Upon warming, it delivers subtle dark fruit and toffee-like flavors. Finishes a little drier than most stouts, making it deceptively easy to drink pint after pint.

Inspired by the progressive rock band Umphrey’s McGee, we bring you Nothing Too Fancy pale ale, brewed at Colorado’s First Craft Brewery, Boulder Beer Company. Nothing Too Fancy is a sessionable, light-bodied pale ale brewed with pale barley malt and malted wheat for a soft mouthfeel. The unique Equinox hops provide aromas and flavors of fresh tropical fruits with a subtle peppery touch. Just over 5% ABV and 36 IBU, Nothing Too Fancy is your go-to everyday ale that goes down easy but runs deep. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Rock Brothers and Cigar City Brewing.

There's nothing quite like the warm character of cinnamon to ward off the chill of winter. Add in the holiday staple of figs and the distinct fruitiness of a Trappist yeast, and you've got yourself a bottle of figgy pudding. But better.

The Notorious P.I.G. made a porky splash at Brewvival last year as one of a few beers incorporating meat, but in a highly successful way - no fatty mouthfeel or greasy glassware, just a robust porter with a bacon soul. With all the local love for savory desserts - salted cararmels, candied bacon popsicles, and the like - why not throw a little chocolate in the mix? Specifically, this is a chocolate porter dry-hopped with bacon (dry-baconed?), with a name continuing to pay homage to one Mr. Christopher Wallace. If you need someone to tell you who's hot and who's not after trying this, come see us. This guy will feature 100 lbs of bacon cooked by HoM Burger Chef Shay MacDonald, and 25 lbs of smoked Papua New Guinea cocoa beans!
