There is a long story to this malty ale. It was first brewed in the spring 2006 in NÃ?¸rrebro Bryghus in Copenhagen, Denmark, as a joint brew between NÃ?¸gne Ã?Ë? and NÃ?¸rrebro. NÃ?¸rrebro calls their version ââ?¬Å?Double Knot Brownââ?¬Â. It is the perfect thing to drink with almost any cheese.

A rich, malty, and very bitter ale. Cascade hops provide a long, fruity, and spicy after-taste. Recommended serving temperature 10�°C/50�°F. Ideal with barbequed or smoked meat dishes.

Dark malts provide flavors of coffee and dried fruit. World Beer Cup in San Diego, CA 2008 - Silver Medal winner.

Fall is upon us and Wormtown Brewery has brewed a malty German lager to celebrate. "O-fest" has a deep orange-red hue. Complex malt aroma comes from 8 different German malts. Slight sweetness up front offset by noble hop bitterness. Finishes clean and malty. Lagered for 6 weeks for an authentic soft and complex character.

Unlike the image, does not have the creamy head like many Irish stouts (Beamish, Guinness, Murphys) and as a result lighter on the stomach and nice with a meal. Very distinctive taste which may put off those not accustomed to drinking stouts.I would recommend it for the more adventurous pallette. Roast barley comes through in the taste.

Appearance: Deep black with a reddish hue when held to the light. Pours with a slightly tan coloured head. Flavours: Initial flavour is of dark chocolate, as it warms in the mouth the flavour profile moves towards hints of coffee. Aftertaste: There is a distinct spiciness which mingles with the lingering coffee and chocolate flavours to give this stout a dry finish. This beer is a bit of a good luck charm. ShuBrew was originally supposed to open in March of 2013, so we brewed up 3 bbl of this Irish Red to be available at our grand opening celebration. There was no intention for us to brew it on a consistent basis but people’s reactions to it were so good that we felt it was necessary to add as a staple to our lineup. This easy drinking beer has notes of caramel and honey with the smallest pinch of roasted malt to give it its signature red color.

This Rye Blonde Ale is packed with subtle hints of mandarin oranges, pepper, and sharp citrus. The addition of rye malt helps to add a slightly spicy note in the finish and a rounded mouthfeel even in such a low-alcohol beer.

This O-toberfest is a malty fall classic beer.

This beer is the first entry in our new barrel-aging project. We wanted to start things off with a bang, so we cooked up a Belgian Strong Dark Ale with a massively complex malt body and carefully matured it on Maker’s Mark bourbon barrels for two years. The result is a luscious experience that you can treat yourself to once in a while, but preferably not every day. Doctor Urbain’s orders! It tempts you with luscious waves of sweet vanilla and oak aromas, urging you on to dive right in. Alcohol warmth is present, but most certainly not overpowering. This beer gets even better with age, but we don’t hold out any hopes that you’d be able to cellar it for very long. Whether you drink it now or later, we guarantee you won’t regret it!
