What would a squirrel be without his nuts? We selected certain malts for our grain bill that give it that nutty/toasted flavor that squirrels love. We keep the hop additions to a minimum in order for those malty flavors and aromas to shine through. We ferment with a clean neutral yeast that provides for a nice smooth malty finish with just enough residual sweetness that will keep you wanting more. After all, have you ever seen a squirrel stop at just one nut?

Sometimes, it’s good to be a bit nutty. Take, for instance, our Nut Hugger Brown Ale, a unique twist on a traditional recipe. The familiar, pleasant bitterness you would expect from a brown ale is present, tempered by a full, chewy caramel malt. However, things get interesting once you taste the hints of roasted biscuit and the chocolaty aroma, and to top it off, a touch of sweetness in the finish. Orignially, brown ale hails from England, where it first emerged in the 1600’s. The inclusion of American hops, however, lends Nut Hugger Brown Ale a satisfying bite.

This is not your run of the mill brown ale! Mounds of English malts and modest hops deliver a mouthful of caramel and nutty goodness that is sure to leave you wishing there were more than just two nuts in a sack! The large malt bill and English Ale yeast also lend to the full mouthfeel as well as that satisfying flavor that lingers a while and sends you back to the glass for more Nut Sack! At 7% ABV please enjoy responsibly, the Nut Sack is not a toy.

Nutcracker Ale is Boulevard’s holiday gift for real beer lovers. This hearty, warming brew is a classic winter ale, deep amber in color, with hints of molasses balanced by the “spiciness” of freshly harvested Chinook hops.

A festive beer, Nutcracker rings in the New Year with a medley of dark roasted malt, fruit and spice. Some hints of fruit (plum, cherry, peach) come from the special Belgian yeast that was used. Additionally, ginger, orange and tangerine peel was added to spice things up. We hope you will toast the New Year with this latest creation from those "nutty" brewers at Silver City

Nutmeg is the seed of a tropical evergreen, Myristica fragrans, native to the islands of Indonesia. Its aroma is warm, creamy and full-bodied. Paired with honey, nutmeg creates a concentrated, voluptuous mead.

A chocolate stout recipe brewed with British chocolate, Belgian caramel and Belgian biscuit malt in the mash, along with unsweetened chocolate from Grand Haven’s very own Chocolates by Grimaldi and lactose sugar added to the boil. Then Grimaldi cocoa nibs and fresh-roasted cashews were steeped in the finished beer to produce a rich, full chocolate-covered cashew character. Contains cashews and lactose sugar.

Nutso is 4.8% ABV with a deep mahogany color. This brew has a nutty, chocolate and caramel flavor that comes from specially selected roasted malts and finishes with a floral english hop aroma.

"Nutty" refers to the toasted biscuity, light, sweet (toffee) malt aromas. An appealing light fresh hop aroma is noticed, and has a dark amber, translucent color with a light tan head. The Head Brewmaster named this one after his wife, but she doesn't get it.

An East Coast IPA brewed with a blend of UK, and German malts and a touch of oats. Zues and Palisade hops provide a pleasant bitterness supported by flavors of peach, citrus, nectarine, and resin. Deceptively mild and drinkable.

One of our most refreshing brews, made for those hot summer days, but satisfying year 'round. Recommended serving temperature 8�°C/45�°F. Goes well with seafood, particularly oysters.
