Plasma (from Greek πλάσμα, "anything formed") is one of the four fundamental states of matter (the others being solid, liquid, and gas). Heating a gas may ionize its molecules or atoms (reducing or increasing the number of electrons in them), thus turning it into a plasma, which contains charged particles: positive ions and negative electrons or ions.

Platan 10% with its original recipe is manufactured from quality ingredients and a special yeast. Among its main attributes are good vigor, greater fullness and mild bitterness.

Kvasnicový Platan (Yeast Platan) is a living lager containing brewer’s yeast, which brings many nourishing substances to the beer. It is a pleasantly bitter and refreshing beer with strong zest and an excellent head.

This is a traditional South Bohemian lager which has a distinctive full-bodied taste, a typical malt aroma and slight bitterness.

Our friends at Tapistry Brewing Co. joined us to brew this single-hopped lager with Calypso hops here at our brewery. The flavors burst with rich malt and peppery, tropical notes countered with crisp hop bitterness. Its slight sweetness carries through the fruitiness of the Calypso hops in the finish. Imperial Rye IPA

Zlatý Bažant Pšeničné pivo je prírodný nápoj vyrobený z pšeničného sladu, menšieho množstva jačmenného sladu a s pridaním „štipky“ karamelového sladu. Vyrába sa metódou vrchného kvasenia pri vyššej teplote a je nefiltrované. Typický jemný zákal je spôsobený použitím pšeničného sladu a obsahom kvasníc v pive. Pivo je svetlej zlatožltej farby a je mierne zakalené od prítomných kvasiniek. Vôňa je príjemne ovocná, pripomína banány, karamel a klinčeky. Chuť je presvedčivá harmonická, stredne plná, jemnej horkosti a osviežujúcej kyslosti.

Spojením originálneho slovenského piva Zlatý Bažant s prírodnou grapefruitovou limonádou vzniká jedinečný osviežujúci Bažant Radler Grapefruit. Kombinácia horkej chuti piva a sviežej horkosti grapefruitu je osviežujúcou voľbou plnej jedinečnej chuti. Je vyrobený z čisto prírodných ingrediencií, neobsahuje žiadne konzervanty, ani farbivá.

This medium-bodied beer features a crisp and refreshing hop flavor and aroma - perfect for someone who is interested in hops but not in the mood for an IPA. The signature hop variety used in this beer is Amarillo. Served unfiltered

An easy drinking beauty of a beer, this dry saison has hints of lemon peel.

Pliny the Younger, the man, was Pliny the Elder’s nephew and adopted son. They lived nearly 2,000 years ago! Pliny the Elder is our Double IPA, so we felt it was fitting to name our Triple IPA after his son. It is almost a true Triple IPA with triple the amount of hops as a regular I.P.A. That said, it is extremely difficult, time and space consuming, and very expensive to make. And that is why we don’t make it more often! This beer is very full-bodied with tons of hop character in the nose and throughout. It is also deceptively well-balanced and smooth.

Wake Up Taste Buds – A Belgian Style wit ale that’s very pale and cloudy in appearance. The crispness and twang comes from wheat. The slight tartness in the background comes from Minnesota Rhubarb. Highly carbonated and lightly spiced with orange peel and coriander, this is a refreshing early summer favorite.
