This classic Pilsner is named after our friend Mike Fredrickson who is a very talented artist, songwriter, and happens to be the beer loving bass player for the Robbie Fulks band. It is brewed with 100% German Pilsner malt, and 3 different German hop varieties.

Brewed from a recipe that was created for the Brewers Association by Brick Oven Brewery in Colorado to commemorate the 300th anniversary of Benjamin Franklin's birthday on January 17. Over 100 breweries in 35 states participated to recreate this beer and this is our version. Brewed with five different malts, molasses, and flaked corn, this medium to full-bodied, reddish-brown ale is a bit toasty with a smooth finish. Raise a glass to the First American! (6.6% abv)

A tempting lager brewed with curacao orange peel and mango, to make the perfect lager suited for italian food orgies. Made for our very good friends at POP – Et spiseri at Griffenfeldsgade in Copenhagen.

Actually, this beer would have Hedden "Port Wine Saved Oatmeal Porter" and although we here at Bryghuset guardianship long and komplicerede ølnavne, we are also bevidste about where we come from. So on Ægte populist conjures we simply abbreviated name of "POP" - so we hoped that phoney have any with from Windsorvej to Holmbladsgade. But yes, this is a Porter so solid that you næppe nogensinde have fået it before. Brewed in the blackest painted, we overhovedet could finde in the warehouse, the bedste oatmeal from the Net - and then adding a one ægte portvinsfad from ... uh, Portugal .... because we think, that the good must be sustained fisefornemt. The style you Bayeux tapestry udformet as Amar-nummerplade on lænden one af af vor little O's prettiest Bimba .... um ... babes. Such we are: fulness af opposites, and platte on the subtle Maad. Nyd sight af POP! When hælder the op: black as a vinternat in Kongelunden with a blank thick and sejlivet light brown foam that lasts almost forevigt. The scent is bloody and rig on vanille, while portvinsfadet not just dominate, but derimod udbløder and afrunder the black-painted and fremhæver the udprægede chokoladekarakter. POP! is Fuld af vitamins and mineral salts sound, and the Gør himself fortrinligt with havregrød or as a substitute for mælken on oatmeal. Oh yes, it's quite shown .... try it!

Boulevard Pop-Up Session I.P.A. joins its big brothers Single-Wide and Double-Wide in our trailer park of hop-centric beers. This “session” model is built for frequent excursions, with a very drinkable character and relatively low bitterness tucked behind a big, fruity hop aroma.

Hommel is the local abbreviation of humulus, from the botanical name for the hop plant. Confusingly, it also means bumble bee in Flemish. Poperings Hommelbier is a hoppy, golden-bronze, ale. it is made from a blend of winter, summer and aromatic pale malts, at a starting density of 16 Plato; soft water, from the brewery's own well; Brewers' Gold and Hallertau hops, both grown in Poperinge; and top-fermented with a very attenuative yeast that precipitates quickly. It is primed with white sugar, and re-yeasted for bottle-conditioning. The finished beer has 7.5 per cent alcohol by volume and 40 units of bitternes, though it tastes lighter on both counts.

Dry hopped with 5 different new zealand hop varietals (motueka, nelson sauvin, wakatu, rakau, & waimea) Popo has a big fruity nose and a full body. This unfiltered New zealand style ipa is loaded with pink guava & papaya which provides a beautiful pinkish haze. if easy is your thing, have a popo. . . or three.

Ölen du håller i din hand är en American Pale Ale (APA). När denna skapades i USA användes den lokalt odlade humlen. Detta gav rikliga toner av citrus. Som brukligt är i USA snålades det inte heller med dom väldoftande råvarorna. Mycket är helt enkelt mer! "Jag brinner för att göra öl med tydlig humlekaraktär. Här har jag arbetat med humlesorterna Cascade och Citra som ger en fräsch citruston."

Ölen du håller i din hand präglas av maltens rostade och nötiga toner vilka ger en brun lyster och en svag doft av kaffe. Den avnjutes med fördel till stekta och grillade rätter av nöt- och fläskkött och fungerar mycket bra med rotfrukter. Helt enkelt perfekt till husmanskost! ”Jag ville göra en mörk öl som ändå är lätt. Ölen du håller i din hand är en Mörk Lager. Öltypen började bryggas i Bayern redan på 1500-talet, långt innan ljus malt var uppfunnen. Efter att ha varit lite bortglömd under en period är den nu på väg att få ett välförtjänt uppsving runt om i världen. Vår tolkning karaktäriseras av en rund maltkropp, tillbakahållen beska och en fin rostad ton. "Mörk Lager är ett av mina absoluta favoritöl till mat. Jag har jobbat med att lyfta fram en friskhet från jästen och kombinera den med lite maltsötma och rostade toner. Perfekt till hemmagjorda köttbullar!" - Daniel Granath, bryggmästare

SMÖF tjugo-femtons festivalöl bryggs av Poppels Bryggeri och går under namnet: Poppels Projekt 006 SMÖF 2015. Festivalölen är en Pale Ale på 5,2 % IBU 40 Maltsorter: Pale Ale malt, karamellmalt, carapils, vetemalt och havremalt. Humlesorter: Amarillo och Mosaic Bryggare är Daniel Granath Festivalölen är även smaksatt med passionsfrukt.

Double Oatmeal Stout Ölen du håller i din hand är en Double Oatmeal Stout, en stil som var populär i England under 1800-talet för att sedan falla i glömska. Som namnet antyder används havre. Vi har även adderat kaffe för att förstärka de rostade tonerna. "När jag tog fram receptet var jag inspirerad av min favoritdessert - fudge med en kopp espresso. Tillsammans med gänget på Johan & Nyström provade vi lite olika alternativ.
