Porter gains it’s robust, full-bodied flavor from dark rich barley malts. We use a blend of munich, crystal, pale ale, black patent and chocolate malts. To these we add hops, filtered water and ale yeast. No adjuncts, additives or preservatives… Not pasteurized.

Hints of chocolate and coffee abound in this medium bodied dark ale. With a rich texture and a velvety smooth finish, this Porter is best enjoyed at around 6-8°C.

Slick, suave, smooth: Our Dark Malt Porter is a seducer, overflowing with dark instincts. Featuring notes of espresso and cocoa with a subtle, dry finish, the Porter is a favourite for customers, connoisseurs, beer reviewers and writers. Robustly rich, creamy and smooth, Porter pairs just as well with a steak dinner or a triple-chocolate cake.

An English style robust porter brewed with imported pale, crystal, black and chocolate malts to lend the dark color with ruby highlights and dark malt flavors. This is a beer supposedly created in London in the early 18th century to slake the thirst of the Market Porters, men who carried all the produce at markets throughout the city. The hops used are also English varietals like challenger for bitterness and a good amount of first gold to balance all the malt notes.

Rich and dark, this porter gets it's color and flavor from a unique blend of malts. The roasty aroma introduces a smooth velvety brew that finishes with a hint of cocoa.

This American-style porter has robust malt flavor with a slight hop character. It is brewed with chinook hops for bitterness, simcoe hops for aroma, black malt, pale malt, chocolate malt, munich malt, crystal malt, roasted barley, and ale yeast. Giving it an imperial taste.

St. George Porter is based on a traditional English style porter. This beer weaves a complex tapestry of flavors in a ruby black colored ale. A rich malt base results in caramel and chocolate tones classically balanced with English aromatic hops.

A traditional Bristol Porter with a Wiper and True touch. Aged on blackberries and blackcurrants and hopped with the Bramling Cross, this has a subtle forest berry taste that complements the rich chocolate and soft roast flavours. Ready to enjoy now but will also cellar well.

Unlike typical porters, our Baltic Porter is brewed in the traditional style as a bottom-fermenting lager. The result is a luxuriously round, but robust, black beer with a mild bitterness. A special blend of roasted malts provides this porter with flavors and aromas of chocolate and coffee, and you’ll enjoy it’s subtle hints of cherry-smoked malt.

We put in extra hours and doubled the wellrounded taste of a porter for our Small Batch Series. A mouthful of sweet chocolate balanced by hints of roasted coffee. This is a big beer.
