We took a classic Ameican Porter and brewed it with 40% Briess cherry wood smoked malt. Lower in alcohol to allow the maltiness through. Black in color, medium body, soft hops and intensely smoky.

This trio of Wyld Sisters are unique blends of various beer batches, each of which underwent a variety of maturation periods in oak barrels. These wooden vessels provide the perfect habitat for Brettanomyces, whose servitude artistically brings the funk. Different berry varietals were incorporated during the lengthy process to add unique fruit flavors. Cousins to last year’s Wyrd Sisters, Wyld Sisters illustrates our first blending experiment. Hark the wedding bells ring to signify the start of a beautiful relationship between this wild aging/blending project and your wanting lips. Yet another installation of our Portland Pale Project. With this beer we were inspired by the changing of the season. We use Munich and crystal malts to give this beer the body to stand up to the cooler temperatures. Using a classic combination of American hops to balance the malty goodness. We hope you enjoy!

This IPA pours like the Oregonian sunset: hazy and bright. Sticky and resiny northwest hops meld with malt for a balanced, winding journey through old growth. Ride your fixie, put down your locally sourced coffee and drink Portlandic — before it was cool.

Ports Pale Ale is an extremely light and easy to drink Pale Ale. It is brewed with the finest German and English Malt and Hops. Brewed for the local Stockton ports baseball team.

With a deep amber and full-body, this intensely bold beer is made to show off the true qualities of the malts used. Flavors of figs and dates and malt sweetness predominate with enough earthiness from the hops to make this beer well-balanced, but insanely flavorful.

A positive combination of Fuji cider, slow-roasted farro, a bit of cayenne and fresh cilantro. This beer part of our Music Series of beers... this one is an amalgamation of hip-hop, beer, cider and a DIY culinary experience! Sam and Dan the Automator of Deltron 3030 teamed up to create Positive Contact, based on Dan's favorite ingredients and Dogfish Head's innovative brewing practices. Named after a key track on the first album, Positive Contact is a 9% ABV hybrid of beer and cider brewed with Fuji apples, roasted farro, a handful of cayenne peppers and a late dose of fresh cilantro. This sweet-and-sour Belgian-ish brew is a light straw color with fruity, cider-like notes. The cayenne and alcohol give it a warming finish. For the inaugural release (2012), the beer was packaged in a dynamic box set of six 750-ml champagne bottles, with a 10-inch vinyl EP of four new Deltron 3030 remixes created exclusively for this project, and a list of Deltron 3030-inspired recipes from a small group of renowned chefs. Subsequent releases did not include the vinyl or recipes.

Our Tamerlane Brown Porter that has been aged in bourbon barrels with the addition of freshly toasted Mississippi delta pecans. Brewed in small quantities annually in the winter/spring.

Brewed with Bavarian malt and hops, this everyday Pilsner is bright, crisp and refreshing.

A prohibition- inspired lager brewed with corn and modernized with Heulle Melon hops combining pre- and post-prohibition styles for a light, crisp lager with a soft melon finish.

A delicious Brown ale full of malts imparting a smooth caramel taste balanced with Liberty hops.

Slightly malty with hints of toffee.

Hops: Exp 5256, Fuggle, Vanguard The battleship Potemkin was a Russian naval vessel where the crew mutinied against their oppressive officers in 1905. The ships officers ordered the crew to eat borscht made with rotten meat. When the crew refused, the officers threatened to shoot any sailor that refused the order. This was the spark that set off the mutiny. The moral of the story is: Don’t take any crap from the bosses!
