Saison style ales were originally brewed to refresh and compensate seasonal farm workers in Belgium. In the same tradition, this beer was brewed for our friends and family, our ravens, our birds.
Brewed as a “Four grain” Farmhouse ale/Saison and then aged in French oak Chardonnay and Viognier wine barrels for many months with the addition of wild yeast (Brettanomyces Lambicus). After aging, the barrels were then blended together to become “Pour Les Oiseaux”.
MALTS: Barley, Wheat, Rye, Oats
HOPS: Magnum, Styrian Golding
