San Miguel Premium Lager has a slight hoppy note with a distinct bitter hop character. It has a well-balanced medium body and is smooth on the palate with a pleasant clean finish.

A classic golden pilsner full flavored yet easy drinking pilsner

Premium Roast is a dark, rich, and roasty coffee stout offering. This 5% American Stout is quite drinkable and has its natural roasty character accented by the addition of our own custom coffee blend from Charlotte's own Parliament Coffee Roasters. The coffee blend consists of 50% Ethiopian beans and 50% Columbian beans. While the Columbian variety offers a rich, full bodied coffee note, the Ethiopian beans accent the coffee character with bright berry notes. We added a total of 70 lbs of this blend to the beer and are more than happy with how the full coffee flavor fills out the roasty, thick stout.

The Bavarian brewers have been masters in their trade for centuries and therefore also brew excellent pils beers. Indeed it was a Bavarian master brewer that brewed the first beer according to the pilsner method in the town of Pilsen! The glimmering, light-yellow Ayinger Pils has the fragrance of aromatic hops from the “Hallertau” region of Bavaria (only these are used in the Ayinger beer specialties!). The beer is highly fermented and therefore smooth on the initial taste sensation, but also mild and sparkling in body. Our pils is accentuated by the floweriness of the hops aroma and has a more pronounced bitterness on swallowing, which quickly fades from the taste buds. Available in 0.33 longneck bottle, 30 and 50 liter keg.

A light to medium bodied lager that is golden straw in color with a medium hop bitterness and a low hop aroma. This beer is brewed in the classic European style and aged for 2 months.

Oak conditioned and dry hopped with hallertau blanc and el dorado. Absolutely bonkers!

As much as we at Upland Brewing Company care about the beer we brew, we’re not completely single-minded. Preservation Pilsner represents our efforts to do our part to protect the land that we call home. Preservation Pilsner is brewed in the traditional Bohemian style, originally created in the town of Pilsen in 1842, and offers a crisp, light taste without sacrificing its signature all-malt, mellow flavor. We age our Pilsner for an entire month to ensure each glass is up to the standards of a classically brewed pilsner. To do our part in maintaining our environment, 10% of the profits from sales of our Preservation Pilsner go towards environmentally focused organizations in your area.

Tripel Tonnellerie is a 100% barrel fermented version of a Belgian Abbey Tripel. The base beer carries a classically clean maltiness, balanced by a fruity aroma and a dry, spicy mouthfeel. Extended fermentation in oak barrels inoculated with wild yeast allowed the beer to develop the rustic, earthy tones of a classic countryside biere de garde resulting in a uniquely flavorful beer, suitable for beer and wine lovers alike.

The Presidendi Pilsner's more muscular colleague is best suited for beer lovers who prefer a maltier taste and an altogether stronger brew. Owing its smooth taste to unhopped adjunct, this strong light beer is a perfect thirst quencher and stress reliever. Enjoy it after a hearty dinner to help wind down a day of hard work.

Our west coast guy Phil Thomas ran for President as the Third Party Candidate, and we haven't heard anything about the results so we are presuming he's the nominee. While he prepares his inaugural address and plans to redecorate the Oval Office, we've been busy brewing a brand new IPA dry hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, and El Dorado hops.
