Launched on Valentine's Day as among the first in our "Short Supply" series of special craft beers, Pucker Up is a sour pale ale that has been spontaneously fermented with the airborne microflora surrounding our Brewery at Bobs Farm. In particular Lactobacillus has played a big part in souring the beer prior to normal fermentation with an Ale yeast. The resultant beer is very tart, yet sweet in the finish, and has the aroma and flavour of intense grapefruit with a hint of passionfruit. Ideal with perfectly roasted pork belly. And we're even using Pucker Up as the core ingredient in a beer cocktail!

Brewed in collaboration with Society of Northeast Ohio Brewers homebrew club to celebrate the club’s 25th anniversary. This is a kettle-soured brown porter with a tart pucker and low roast/chocolate flavor.

Named in honor of John’s flying days, this citrusy, dry-hopped pale ale will take you soaring over orange groves and fields of spicy nasturtium. Like the many stops a puddle jumper makes, we drop in four different hops for the bittering flavor aroma complexity. Expect a slightly more robust hop flavor and aroma than your average pale ale.

Puff the Magic Cyser is a collaborative barrel aged product between Vander Mill and New Holland Brewing Company. This cyser is fermented with Michigan wildflower honey to complete dryness and then aged in New Holland Dragon's Milk barrels for 8 months. The richness from the stout and depth of the barrel flavor make this product very complex. A hint of the honey and acidity of the cider round out the profile.

This American Smoked Porter is filled with roast, subtle hazelnut aroma and a smokey backbone from cherry wood smoked malt. Hints of dark chocolate with a slight creamy body, and a dry finish.

Black IPA with lactose

Our brown porter is brewed with eight different malts to produce a smooth, well balanced, dark beer. A specially roasted barley provides a hint of chocolate. 5.6% ABV

Barley Wine Style Ale is a big beer made with six different malts (Pale Ale, Crystal, Caramunich, Wheat, Chocolate and Roasted Barley) and balanced with a very full hop charge of Summit, Challenger and Fuggles hops. It is a deep reddish brown color with a complex fruity nose, a very full body, and an interesting balance between grains and hops which ends with a pleasing dry taste. To fully enjoy all the flavours, this ale is best drunk at 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

XXXX IPA is a non-traditional American IPA with a brilliant copper color and the classic citrus nose of Cascade hops. This beer demonstrates a unique balance of malt-inspired, delicate red grapefruit sweetness and lingering hop dryness. The OG and final ABV provide the structure and body to balance the harmony of distinct flavours. Cascade, Warrior, Summit and Glacier Hops are used for bittering and Cascade Hops are added for dry hopping after fermentation. This hop blend is well balanced with Malted Wheat, Pale Ale, Crystal, and Caramalt Malts. To fully enjoy all the flavours, this ale is best drunk at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. This beer pairs well with Cajun dishes, blackened fish, and BBQ. XXXX draws its name from the British brewing convention of using X�s to denote style. 70 BU�s, 1.092 OG, 9.25% ABV.

On the farm way too long, ol’ McDanko began showing some worrisome tendencies. Following a solid session in the hot box smoking malt, he was overcome by a methane cloud emoted from the herd. Ya heard? Reaching for the hops, he goofed and grabbed porky by the e-i-e-i-oh and plopped her in the brew kettle slow and low —that is the tempo. Knock knock —who’s them? It’s McDanko’s inbred neighbor, Geri Reynolds, swinging by delivering his deliverance with some fat back hem and some fat back them. Stepping out past some Foxy brothers picking a banjo on the porch to sample his wares, McDanko, doubled over the chopping block and squealed like a pig – wieii wieii — proclaiming this to be the most bodacious bacon beer brewed this side of the Chattoog-a!

A North Yorkshire Moors Railway beer

This American IPA is filtered and bittered with high alpha hops from the Pacific Northwest, providing floral and herbal aromas and juicy grapefruit, pine, and orange flavors. It’s hazy orange in color and its bold hop bitterness is supported by a pale malt backbone, giving it a medium body. Complementing the hop profile, a generous dosing of grapefruit imparts an even more pronounced citrus aroma with a wonderfully crisp and refreshing grapefruit tang. With a smooth, clean finish Pulp Friction is the ultimate feel good hit of the summer.
