This festive ale will be a seasonal beer available in the fall. By using real pumpkin, and a blend of spices we have been able to create a full bodied beer with a color that combines orange and amber.

This fall favorite conjures up visions of crisp autumn nights, bright autumn colors, and fresh baked pumpkin pie. Boasting plenty of pumpkin spice, yet refreshingly drinkable, each sip finishes clean and crisp, beckoning the next. Mother, may I have another?

How can it be a pumpkin beer with no pumpkins?... It can’t. Some do [use real pumpkin], some don’t. We’re doers. Serious doers, actually. With over 1000lbs of fresh fire-roasted pumpkins provided by our friends at New Sprout Farms, this is a REAL Pumpkin Ale.

This medium-bodied ale has a brilliant orange color just like a pumpkin! The mash was cooked with 144 pounds of pumpkin meat along with various barleys & wheat. This unique ale was also dry-spiced with cinnamon & nutmeg.

A Variation of our Winter Spiced Ale with roasted pumpkins!

We brewed one batch of the Pumpkin Ale to celebrate the fall harvest season, and we used almost 100 lbs of organic Sweet Sugar Pumpkin from a local Georgia farm. We carved, baked and scooped pumpkin (for a really long time) and then added them directly into the mash. Several ‘pumpkin pie’ spices were added in the kettle. Enjoy!

This amber colored ale is loaded with Pumpkin pie aroma and flavor. It actually does taste like Pumpkin pie! At 7.3% ABV, it will keep you warm on a cool Autumn eve.
