As its namesake suggests, Quadrophenia is a Belgian style quadruple ale. We ferment Quadrophenia using Trappist ale yeast, which produces the spicy, phenolic flavors sometimes mistaken for added spices. The unique characteristics of caramel don’t come from the Pale and Munich malts, but from the introduction of Coconut Palm Sugar used in the brewing process.

This Belgian Quad is a very malty and rich beer that is best paired with red meats and darker flavored dishes. A great Winter beer, the alcohol and malt background bring a complexity few other beers have. It ages beautifully and is a 'special occasion' beer.

Aged in Cognac Barrels

A strong Belgian-style abbey ale 'quad' characterized by the immense presence of alcohol and balanced flavor, bitterness and aromas, with a color that is amber/rich chestnut/garnet brown, a complex fruity aroma & flavor reminiscent of raisins & dates.

Our Tonnellerie series is the perfect showcase of our "wildly traditional bière". French for “cooperage”, each beer in the series shares one core trait: they were all fermented in oak. Beyond that, the recipes and styles are as unique as the cues they take from nature. Quadrupel Tonnellerie, a sour and funky barrel-fermented Belgian-style quadrupel with blackberries, is no exception. A style known for being at the more malty, complex and rich end of the Belgian strong ale spectrum, this quad revels in layers of dark fruit and figgy flavors, and complimentary undercurrents of oak. The natural esters from the Belgian yeast compliment the rustic, earthy and wild qualities derived from the barrels and nature - plus the piquant flavors from the fruit - for a dynamic flavor profile and mouthfeel that will evolve over time.

American Light Lager

Although we don't recommend waking up to a pint of oatmeal stout, this version contains a traditional breakfast ingredient. Flaked oats add a smooth, silky mouthfeel to this already full-bodied stout while the use of roasted barley and chocolate malts contribute to its black color and strong, roasty flavor. Even with its relatively modest alcohol content, this is one of the heartiest beers we brew.

Our regular Quaker State made with French Roast coffee from Katahdin Speciality Coffee in Wells, ME and vanilla.

Qualifier IPA is a a well balanced IPA with hints of pine and citrus

This Pale is another "NW Pale Ale" from Ninkasi. This beer is more in line with the traditional style. A touch of caramel flavor and clean malt flavor balance the floral and earthy hop flavor and aroma which differenciates us from most of the citrusy NW Pales in the market. Our brown porter is full of chocolate flavor with a subtle roast flavor not as pronounced as a stout. A moderate bitterness supports the malt and finishes slightly dry.

American Blonde Ale

Quasar Dank is a medium bodied ruby red ale with bold spicy grain and sweet citrus hop aromas. Hearty and distinct malted rye dominates the flavor profile, with slight traces of sweetness from other specialty grains. Heavy hop additions compound with an intense rye dryness, leaving its signature peppery mark on the magnified bitter finish.

Quasimodo is inspired by the best of Belgium, specifically the brothers of the cloth devoted to the brewing arts. A classic, full-bodied quadrupel ale-for us, it is the measure of brewing perfection. Dark, savory and fruity, yet with a dry, bittersweet finish enhanced with traditional Belgian candy sugar, Quasimodo is dangerously drinkable. Re-fermented in the bottle and naturally carbonated, it can ring your bells now… or years from now.

Wheat based 4 grain beer. made with white wheat, 2 row barley, crystal rye, and flaked oats. Fermented with belgian yeast.

This beer is a light bodied, German-style Golden Ale. Pilsner and Munich malts provide a subtle, biscuity malt backbone balanced by the spicy flavors and floral aromas of the German Perle and Tettnanger hops.

Roasty strong porter - very little left
