Light body and straw color, this pilsner-style lager is smooth, aromatic and great to enjoy in the warmer weather. It’s brewed using American 2-row barley malt and both rice and Worth County honey to lighten the body. Slovenian Celesia hops add a perfumy, herbal aroma that’s accentuated by the Danish lager yeast.

A clean, crisp farmhouse pale packing a pale ale dry hop punch! The Pokey hops on the nose paired with the under belly of french saison yeast aromatics are quite the sensory duo!

A malt-forward, seal brown beer brewed with classic root beer ingredients including wintergreen and licorice, fermented by a traditional British ale yeast strain, and casked with vanilla beans and Northern Brewer hops.

Inspired by the need for a cold beer to get that canoe moving sometimes. Canoe Oil is a twist on the cream ale, using a lighter malt and swapping the flaked corn for flaked rice. The rice results in a nice dry ale without the residual sweetness of the corn in the cream ale.

Amber beer of 5.5%, “Queue de Charrue” is second-fermented in the bottle. Its beautiful orange colour and its fine but dense froth gives it a light body. Its fruity finish will delight you with its refreshing character.

A blond beer of 9% with a beautiful golden brilliance second-fermented in the bottle. It is characterised by a fine white froth, compact, with aromas of barley and hops, a prolonged bitterness and well balanced. Its taste continues to develop and becomes rounder and more mature with time.

Quickfix was an electronic warfare program once operated in the military warehouse that is now our taproom, but we thought the codename sounded even more appropriate for our sessionable Citra India Pale Ale. Quickfix wastes no time in imparting a potent blast of Citra hops with refreshing notes of lime zest, bright citrus, and gooseberry. A subtle grassiness and hints of rye leave a clean finish, and at only 4.1% ABV, you can sip this one all day long.

Dark, mysterious and observant. Quiet One is the latest offering from Newcastles' Grainfed Brewing Company. We wanted make a well balanced dark beer that doesn’t taste like a dark beer. So we've combined 8 different malts from Australia and Germany , a very hungry ale yeast from the old country as well as fresh noble and new world hops from both sides of the Atlantic. Dark but not roasty,bitter but smooth! The initial upfront citrus and earthy aromas combine with a complex malty goodness to deliver a bracing upfront bitterness that lingers long enough to lure you and leaves your palate wanting more. A hoppy brown ale at 5.0% abv tha’ll leave you warm and cosy, but could also catch you unaware. "Watch out for the Quiet One"

We developed a traditional English Brown Porter malt bill and added rye for the Quiet Rye-ot Porter. Crystal and chocolate malts lend malty sweetness as well as some chocolate and coffee notes. The spiciness and complexity of the rye comes through as well. Hopped with nugget and azaaca hops. Brewed in collaboration with Whole Foods opening in Asheville.

Born in a dream, Quinannan Falls Special Lager Beer refers to a mythical place in the boreal north. While the waterfall may exist solely in Larry Bell's imagination, the beer he remembered drinking there is now quite real. Quinannan Falls possesses the crisp, dry bitterness you'd expect from a German pilsner, but the use of highly aromatic hops from the Pacific Northwest in both the kettle & dry-hop evokes the fragrant pine forests that inspired this beer.
