Seasonal, One Batch Brewed. Rosemary Saison is a delicious and refreshing farmhouse ale. Dry and hoppy with the perfect amount of Rosemary to create a unique Saison, unlike any you have had before.

A light Belgian Saison from the traditional Walloon region. The added fresh ginger adds spiciness along with a subtle woody flavor.

Rosemary’s baby is a rosemary IPA brewed with Maris-Otter pale, Crisp 120° crystal, Weyermann Munich and Cara-Red malts. Bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with GNB and Glacier. Rosemary branches in the mash and at the end of the boil, also dry rosemaried in the bright tank.

A rich deep amber hued ale with a malty backbone boasting chocolate and roasted nuts.

The brewery’s first sour, Cuvee de Castleton, established itself as one of the top 75 beers in the world at RateBeer. Captain Lawrence Rosso e Marrone is billed as an American Sour Ale “fermented with grapes and aged in oak barrels.” This beer sat quietly, aging in our barrel room for over a year before we decided it was time - time to blend in some beautiful ripe red grapes, Brettanomyces, freshly emptied wine barrels and time, this beer is infinitely complex and a challenge to the perception of what beer can be. This beer is re-fermented in the bottle and will age for years to come. Straight from the Captain’s cellar to yours, we hope you enjoy.

Rost (pronounced Roast) is a German word for Amber. Our Amber gets its coppery color from Pilsner. Munich and Caramel malts. Its rich malty sweetness is perfectly balanced by a slight hop finish and creamy head.

An amber reddish Hefeweizen with all the characteristics of a more traditional Bavarian wheat beer but with more caramel malt flavor. Cheers!
