Light bitterness accompanies resinous, fruity aromas in this Belgian IPA. Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops create notes of Guava, pine, and intense citrus. It has a dry finish which lets flavors linger only long enough to invite you back in for another taste. It is a liquid metaphor for the ebb and flow of tides here on the central coast of California. 6.7% ABV 40 IBU

A rich full-throated porter with a thick, creamy and chalky mouthful. A perfect balance of roasty, chocolaty malts, spicy rye and pervasive hop bitterness.

NE Style hazy pale ale.

This light-colored ale goes down smooth and quenches thirst, like summer beer should. Supremely drinkable, Sea Nymph is dry and light, clean and crisp, with a hint of fruit in its nose. Our main goal with this beer is refreshment, so it’s low in bitterness and very effervescent. Enjoy it on the beach, by the bay, or in an air-conditioned sunroom.

Conjured up and brewed with 8 varieties of malted barley, this stout is full-bodied with hints of chocolate and dark roasted coffee. Beware the Sea Witch, for she is no myth!

This ale is made in a rather unique way compared to our regular brews. We use 50% more malt, including imported pale malt from the UK, mash the malt at higher temperatures using traditional Scottish methods, and ferment it slowly at cooler temperatures. These brewing methods require great care, but result in a full-bodied and deliciously malty Scottish style ale. The large amount of malt used for this brew makes it unusually strong, so we serve it to you in smaller portions. Element 106 has recently been named Seaborgium in honor of the life-long efforts of the late G.T. Seabor – nuclear chemist and discoverer of plutonium. We thought it would be similarly fitting to name this beer Seaborgium 106 Strong Scottish Ale. This ale is made in a rather unique way compared to our regular brews. Our Seaglass is inspired by the salty breezes of maritime life in Boston. Grains of paradise and zesty hops impart a balanced, citrus bite to the beer, enhanced by its subtly sweet and toasty malt backdrop. Himalayan pink salt and Hawaiian lava salts add a gentle seaside essence to the finish that leaves you thirsty for more. Like its namesake, Seaglass is smooth, well-rounded, and evokes the unmistakable character of the coast.

Brewed in three tiny batches and aged for over a year in a single American Oak bourbon barrel, yielding rich notes of coconut, vanilla and warm sherry. Softly bottle-conditioned. Suitable for special occasions & decades in the cellar. PLEASE DO NOT CHILL! AND DON’T DRINK COLD as you will miss many of the complex flavors and aromas.
