Serenity is our aptly named 100% Brettanomyces fermented beer. We are one of only a handful of breweries in the US doing 100% Bretta fermentation. That said, for our first one we wanted to do it in the farmhouse style that bretta entered the Belgian brewing world. Serenity is light in color with a subtle golden haze, the nose bursts of white grape, mango, pineapple and old leather. The flavors are similar to those found in New Zealand white wines and notes of guava and grape skin stand out leading to a well-rounded finish.

Serious Madness is an inky black brew with amber edges, Light bodied, silky smooth, complex and delicious. Not for the meek and timid.

Seriously Bad Elf is Peters’s very English interpretation of a Belgian Tripel, brewed to warming 9% alcohol, especially for his rapidly-growing American following. Seriously, you don’t want to miss this beer. Seriously Bad Elf was briefly banned in Connecticut back in 2005! That little red speck you see in the background of the label? Why, that’s none other than Kris Kringle, Santa Claus, who, according to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, cannot appear on a beer label. Sleep well, Connecticutians! Your government is working overtime to protect you.

The history of the bible and religion is indeed the struggle of good vs. evil. Our Serpent�s Stout recognizes the evil of the dark side that we all struggle with. This is a massively thick and opaque beer that begs the saints to join the sinners in their path to a black existence. 10.5% ABV and available in 750 ml bottles and on draft at select locations.

Silver Medal at 2012 World Expo of Beer. An Amber ale spiced with fresh St. Croix Serrano Peppers. Spicy in both nose and plate, not for the unadventurous.

Classic Saison brewed with a small amount of rye malt to balance the Tropical fruit flavors from yeast, adding a nice rye spiciness.

This amber colored beer was brewed to be low alcohol, full flavored with a citrus, tropical, and stone fruit hop character. White wheat and oats help boost the body and mouth feel, while low alcohol and low bitterness make it a very sessionable, easy-drinking ale.

At a lower ABV, this India Pale Ale is designed to be enjoyed by all. This recipe is highlighted by a hop bill including nuggets, cascades, ahtanum, and sorachi ace. It has subtle malt character which is enhanced by a heavy hop profile that leaves a lingering bitter finish.
