A unique and distinctive beer in the international beerbrewing scene. Sixteen is its ABV, sixteen are the months this beer spends ageing in the wooden barriques. This gives the beer a deep complexity in its flavours, aromas and color. A true barley nectar with an ebony tone, dark and dense, that once in the glass emanates unusual aromas: from vanilla and nutty notes to malted ones, finishing with strong and clear toasted and maderized scents. It has a good minerality and a gentle sweetness.

A cream ale style beer that will tickle your sensations

Ommegang Seduction is lovingly brewed with six dark malts. Chocolatier Callebut provides the chocolate, while Liefmans brings the cherries. This international romance is consummated with a full body, alluring aromas and flavors of Belgian chocolate, and tart cherries. Seduction is an ale to be lovingly embraced. Beautiful, rich and smooth, roasty and malty throughout, Seduction offers balanced chocolate-cherry notes, a bit of caramel sweetness, and a long, slow finish. Seduction is welcoming and warm-hearted, gently hopped and harbors no bitterness, leaving only a lingering glow.

Helles is the German word for light-colored and perfectly describes this lager beer which is full bodied and lightly hopped. Pilsner and aromatic malts combine to give it a light golden color. Just like the Bavarian Helles beers of Munich, it uses the hop varieties of southern Germany. The alcohol content is 4.7%. See you in Helles is the signature beer of Mark Spilker.

The Story: The Seeley Lake Pond Hockey Tournament (SLPH) is a USA Hockey sanctioned tournament that is designed as a fundraiser for local charities as well as a weekend to bolster local commerce in Seeley Lake. As they enter into our 5th year, the SLPH tournament has donated close to $7,500 to help bring both young aspiring hockey players into the sport, as well as increase resources to allow local grade school to better access kinetic sports. They strive to raise money for local organizations and provide an opportunity for kids to be exposed to, as well as learn to love, the great sport of ice hockey. The Beer: A perfect beer for watching hockey (or just enjoying). The aroma is filled with the classic Cascade aromas of citrus and resin. The taste is very crisp, almost lager like. The finish is slightly dry, which leaves you wanting for more.

The exotic shandy experience. Seeradler Plus is a refreshing, fruity and tangy shandy, combined from sparkling crystal wheat beer from Brauerei Leibinger with the refreshingly tangy taste of grapefruit lemonade.

Doppelbock was first brewed in Munich around 1700 by the monks of Saint Francis of Paula, to sustain them through the Lenten fast. They called their full-bodied brew “Salvator.” Today it is customary to pay homage to the good brothers by giving doppelbocks names ending in “-ator.” Our version bids a fond aufwiedersehen to tradition, charting a flight path into bold new territory. Medium amber in color, it offers a heady, estery banana aroma. Rich maltiness predominates, with cedar aging lending just a hint of spice to the finish.

Another beer from our "Hop Grower Tribute Series", Segal Select is a classic California pale ale using 100% Northern Brewer and Cascade hops from our friends at the Segal Ranch. Spicy notes from the Northern Brewer hops and floral, alfalfa, and citrus notes from the Cascade hops makes this pale ale easy to drink yet complex. We’d like to tip our hats to the "Hop Whisperer" himself, Martin Ramos, the ranch manager at Segal Farms for growing such stellar hops.

If you love this beer as much as we do, it might be time to invest in a bigger cup. This beer is bottle conditioned to be a natural live brew. This bottle has live yeast performing a slow secondary fermentation in it right now. Hold it up to the light, that sediment you see is proof.
