Our Summer Hefe (American Hefeweizen) is a smooth and light session beer. Poured mit hefe (with yeast) this purposely cloudy beer is wheat heavy with a extremely mild bitter. A grain bill of white and red wheat, pilsner and a touch of organic pale malt from Riverbend, makes this a more American style of Hefe than a German traditional Hefe. Although not bitter, there is a slight hint of body from the pale malt.

Seasons Past is our series of farmhouse beers with extended oak aging. This release is the original brew of East Bank aged for 8 months in oak. Yeah we sort of forgot about this barrel, so what? Tasting notes coming soon.

Our California Pale Ale is medium in body, copper in color, with hints of apricot and pineapple, finishing pleasantly dry. Brewed with only Cascade hops from start to finish, it is one in an occasional series of single hop beers that showcase the attributes of that particular hop variety. (6.3% abv)

As second runnings of BarFly Smoked Imperial Stout, Second Hand Smoke Smoked Stout picks up the nuances of the rauch (smoked) malt to complement the caramel and roast flavors contributed by dark grains. Pour it into a snifter. Swirl it around. Warm it up. Let it waft. Inhale its essence. Drink it in. Warning: This could kill you.

A stronger approach to an English Bitter in both flavor and alcohol strength. While ESB's should maintain a fairly even balance between malt character and hop bitterness, the flavor impact of each is elevated beyond that of ordinary bitters. Brewed with caramel malt, Willamette hops and European yeast.

You just may fall in love with this DIPA. Its intense hop kick comes from a healthy dose of Mosaic hops.

At Christmas, it is perfectly acceptable to be secretive and surprise each other. And Amager Brewery is no exception, as we want to delight you. Over the past year, we have stored a unique beer Quadrupel type in our basement. We have stored it in oak and pine needles, and the taste goes in the sweet direction, while the nose is reminiscent of ripe fruit, oak, sweets and marzipan. In collaboration with our help gnomes we have thus brewed the exclusive brew, you have here in your hand and which is so flat threads that even Santa Claus only drink it on the holiest days. Secret Santa is filled with the very best ingredients. There is no super many bottles Secret Santa, a beer so secretly that it barely exists - so it was not with Santa's good will that we were allowed to publish it. Rip it be off the shelves if you should be lucky enough to find it. You will not be disappointed, but maybe a little bit bimmelim, keeping the 10.5% alcohol.

Our winter seasonal is a nod to the classic altbiers of Dusseldorf. A full, toasty malt profile is countered by generous additions of German Hops. Well balanced but assertively hopped, this complex but approachable beer is ideal for shaking off the chill of winter.

Secret's Shared - Wild IPA - Fermented with a blend of Brett and our house ale yeast, this wild IPA has a slightly sour and tart note, which is backed with a good ‘ole American IPA hop bill. We kept the malt bill simple so we could showcase the hops and yeast, giving the beer a wonderful balance of fruit and funk. We brewed this up in memory of a departed man’s best friend who shared the secret’s of our souls.

This crisp medium bodied spiced ale is perfect for any ubiquitous gathering of persons in the wintertime.
