A 100% wheat porter to begin with! Hard work in the mash, but it worked. Then blended with a bretty sour cherry (morello - for yous cherry buffs) wine. Brewed with one of our absolute all-time favs - Kjetil from Nogne O. Black forest cake beer. Delicious.

NOMAD Semi-Dry is fruit forward and crisp with balanced tannin and acidity. We crafted this blend with rare heritage cider apples to give it distinct depth and complexity.

It's a dark, rich, roasty, toasty, sweet, smooth, full bodied stout made with imported Marris Otter malt. A meal in a mug!

Our late to the party Stout is moderatly roasted with malt flavors tasting of roasted coffee beans, a low caramel malt sweetness and rich chocolate flavor. Medium bitterness and low Hop flavor. Medium to dry finish with a light burnt quality.

Send Help was made in collaboration with Randy Ploesser, Todd Bratrud, and Send Help Skateboards. It is an extremely crushable, dry-hopped blonde ale. Pouring straw in color with a crisp bitterness and an abundance of hop aroma, Send Help is the go-to beer for summer.

Winter’s stark landscape calls for big, rich, flavorful beers. The subtly sweet and velvety mouthfeel of our Señorita Imperial Horchata Spiced Porter, made with cinnamon and vanilla bean, pours a deep dark brown with a snow white head. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet milk hit the nose, bringing up images of the delicious Mexican drink this beer is styled after. It hits the palate with sweet chocolate malts, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon with a medium body and balancing hop bitterness. Enjoy this beer after a long day of skiing with amigos and amigas!

Señorita Ramona –– much more daring than her sister. FSB’s seasonal Maybe Ramona Traditional English Brown Ale is packed with roasty flavors, but Señorita Ramona kicks it up a notch by adding a healthy dose of cold brewed Guatemalan coffee. With this latest FSB beer, Brewmaster Darren Link brings forth the smooth coffee component without sacrificing any traditional flavors, including the subtle notes of chocolate that made her sister, Maybe Ramona, so very popular. Señorita Ramona’s hop profile remains low but her drinkability is high. And just like her sister, we expect Señorita Ramona to make quite an impression.

Traditional mead, made from just wildflower honey. This award winning recipe is a showcase of honey, that is aromatic, flavorful and deliciously sweet, but not overly so, has a long lasting finish. Finish a meal with this wildflower mead, some say they can taste concord grapes, which would have been in bloom when the bees were gathering nectar, see what you can find. Sensual is a great introduction to mead for the inquisitive who want to taste mead for the first time. Sensual pairs well with Asian foods or with cheese and fruit.

We welcome the kickoff of football season with a champion IPA – though this one might be more appropriate for Australian Rules, with all the hops from Down Under it boasts. Ella, Galaxy and Vic Secret hops team up to infuse floral, fruity and earthy notes; and it’s unfiltered, making it hazier than a referee’s vision. Consider yourself an eligible receiver on this one; you’ve scored a tasty IPA.

Why wait until October? It’s name is close to the more familiar October beers you’ve heard of, but it doesn’t have much more in common. The Martin House fall seasonal is brewed to 6% abv with oats, caramel malts, and cherry wood smoked malts. We use a Munich malts for the base of this beer giving it defined malty flavor, perfect for the fall weather. The oatmeal lends a smooth and velvety mouthfeel. The smoked malts give the beer just a hint of smoke flavor. We add generous portions of Chinook and Northern Brewer hops for flavor. While SeptemberFest is hoppier than most brown ales, its not overwhelming and compliments the maltiness perfectly.
