Sherpa Winter Porter is a light-bodied dark Brown Porter with very light hop flavor and aroma. We’ve introduced notes of your favorite winter tastes: Vanilla, cinnamon nutmeg, tiramisu, and hazelnut along with light sweetness, caramel and chocolate.

A medium bodied dry-hopped IPA with a strong melon presence, hints of citrus, and a smooth, warm malt backbone. Features Medusa hops.

The life of a Charleston Food & Beverage professional (F&B pro, to the cool kids) is a daunting one, something we know all too well. However, it does come with perks, one being the “shift beer” waiting for you at the end of a long stretch of service. In honor of our past exploits, and our friends still living the dream out there, we brewed a “shift beer” that goes down easy while easing your pain. The original Shiftee is a Golden Ale with a burly ABV and all the fun, fruity and spicy notes you’d expect from the yeast’s esters and phenols (respectively).

A smooth, full-bodied oatmeal stout that pours with a creamy brown head and a body of deep, dark black that is as mesmerizing as it is terrifying. Shimmergloom will take wing to the night sky, blotting out the shimmering stars like a shadowy dragon on it’s deleterious approach to burn your ramparts, crush your resistance and leave you wanting more. Shimmergloom won a bronze medal in the Irish/British Stout category at 2014 Washington Beer Awards.

Shiner 100 Commemorator is a rich and robust brew that is a fitting tribute to our legacy of 100 years of handcrafting stylish and flavorful beers. Commemorator is a bold style that would have been very familiar to Kosmos. One of the highlights of the Bavarian brewing year is the rollout of strong beer or starkbier, developed by monks as “liquid bread” to sustain them through the Lenten season. Commemorator is brewed in that Old-World tradition and embodies the German-Czech heritage Shiner has proudly stood for since 1909. This 17 % original extract dark lager is a blend of two row Munich and Caramel 60 malt mildly spiced with Bavarian Hallertau Tradition and Spalter Select hops to allow the toasted caramel flavor to predominate.

Our Double Wheat features a malt base containing 50% Wheat. The wheat variety is Brundage, a soft white winter wheat released in 1997 by the Idaho AES. Double Wheat is a hybrid style which falls between a wheat beer and a wheat wine. Shiner 102 is an American style filtered double wheat ale, lightly hopped with aromatic Czech Saaz and WA Golding hop.

Our first coffee ale, crafted in collaboration with Austin’s own Chameleon Cold-Brew, made with dark-roasted specialty malt and Chameleon’s beloved cold-brewed coffee, it’s sure to wake up your tastebuds. But it won’t be here forever, so pour yourself a fresh cup while you can.

Spoetzel's smoked 'sommer' beer is brewed with pale malt that's been smoked with native mesquite.

Effervescent, this summer brew is fashioned after the Kolsch biers that originated in Cologne, Germany, in the 1800s. Hallertau, Magnum, and Mount Hood hops combine for an especially clean, crisp finish.

Wild Hare is a classic American Pale Ale-richly hopped, fruity and floral. Munich malt nicely balances the assertive character of the U.S. Golding and Bravo hop varieties that give this brew its signature bitterness and aroma. Enjoy!
