A rich and distinct Imperial Stout, aged to perfection in brewer-selected oak whiskey barrels.

A sneaky little session ale that's light on its feet but still packs a punch of flavour. The beer is lightly filtered for a vibrant hoppy, citrus aroma with a clean bitterness that pairs perfectly with a hot summers day.

The American IPA is a more flavorful, intense IPA. Hops are typically American, as in this case, with the Three-C combo of Citra, Centennial and Cascade exhibiting bright, juicy citrus flavors.

This beer was brewed in collaboration with De Struise & Pipeworks. Belgian yeast set the scene for a traditional sour mash and loads of currants & cherries.

Just in time for Irish day, we offer our take on an old pub standby. Using roasted barley and flaked barley with a British organic pale malt base, we hop it up with W.V. Goldings from our own farm and ferment it out with an old school yeast strain from the Isles. Small Axe has a creamy, coffee-like smoothness backed by moderate hop bitterness, with distinctive hop flavor and aroma.

Brewmaster Brian is experimenting with something new in his Small Batch Series beers. These beers are not meant to be the best, most complex beers in the world. They are meant to be experiments with ingredients or processes that are unfamiliar to Brian and his German brewing education. Small Batch Series #1 is a Belgian IPA hopped with Comet hops. Pleasant bready caramel notes, exotic citruses, and an estery Belgian yeast yield a balanced, fairly low hopped IPA.

This is Ranger Creek's UNO That has been bourbon barrel aged.

Small Batch Series No. 3 is an English-style barleywine that undergoes a 3 hour boil to create a complex layer of malt character including caramel, toffee, ripe fruit, and leather. The floral and earth-toned Kent Goldings hops add a soft background of spice giving depth to the malt flavors and providing an overall balance. It has been aged for 6 months in oak barrels to allow time for this big beer to mature and mellow. At 10% ABV, it’s made to be laid down like a fine wine. If stored properly this barleywine should keep well for upwards of 10 years. Drink one now, save more for later!

The second running of the Blacks Dawn is the foundation for this beer. Lightly hopped and aged with coconut, this beer is refreshing and smooth.

An exceptionally satisfying and full bodied beer for its stature, with the same big hop hit you may have come to expect from our more muscular Pale Ales. This beer is vibrant with citrus, melon and sherbet flavours meandering to gentle bitter finish. Malts: Pale, Munich, CaraGold, Crystal, (Barley) Wheat, Oats. Hops: Target, Bramling Cross, Hull Melon, Columbus. Yeast:Safale US-05.
