Mischief is a Hoppy Belgian-Style Golden Strong Ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you'll want to keep an eye out.

Misery Bay IPA is brewed as a tribute to Misery Bay and Graveyard Pond, final resting place for many brave sailors and soldiers. Misery Bay IPA offers a complex malt profile loaded with American hops at 75 IBU's, and finishes at 6.5 % alcohol by volume.

Miss Fancy's Tripel is a strong Belgian golden ale. The term tripel is a style of beer that is meant to indicate strength of alcohol. This unique Belgian ale is rich in flavor and alcohol. The use of malts, traditional hops, a proprietary yeast blend and Belgian candi sugar in combination with our open fermentation process creates a very special beer named after a very special elephant. Miss Fancy?s Tripel is remarkably smooth and refreshing for such a high ABV beer. CAUTION! Miss Fancy?s Triple is brewed for humans but strong enough for elephants.

Enter Missionary Blonde Ale. We use only one malt (Pilsner) and one hop (Saaz) to make this simple, yet classically-styled beer. The use of ale yeast lends a subtle fruity character to the otherwise crisp, light finish. But the thing we like best about Missionary: Drinking it is so easy, anyone can do it.

Our first high gravity offering, this dry hopped imperial red ale has a huge malt presence only to be out shined by its hop additions. Dark mahogany red with a nice fluffy head, the Fire Ant showcases roasted and toasted caramel notes layered between spicy, herbal and fruity hops.

Coffee Porter Swimming harmoniously under a pillow of tawny brown cream lies the dark and intriguing spirit of this smooth and complex ale. Rye Pale Ale, Complex fruity aromas from Mosaic hops join with a subtle spiciness from rye malt to create a hoppy pale ale that leaves you wanting another.

A turn of the 20th century Scottish IPA brought back to life and made to be drunk in quantity! Spicy resins, apricots, tangerine zest and a bit of honey graham cracker. Low in alcohol, with loads of hop flavors, finishing dry with mouthfilling, ripping pithy tannins. Something hoppingly different for you IPA fans out there!

Moat Czech Pilsner – 4.9 % a.b.v. our interpretation of a Bohemian style pilsner. Clean and crisp with a wonderful hop bouquet in the nose and medium in hop bitterness.

Moat Stout – 5.8 % a.b.v. -a Foreign-style stout, invitingly smooth, clean and full –bodied. Roasted malt in mouth, finish with coffee and chocolate notes. Excellent any time of year.

Dedicated to the chocolate lover in each of us. Mocha Porter was once known as New Porter, in honor of the town of Newport, Oregon and home of Rogue Ales. The January/February 1995 issue of Mens Health magazine features a bottle of Rogue New Porter (todays Mocha Porter) in the Fifth Annual Collection of Good Advise, Health News, Dire Warnings, Notable Folks and Unsolicited Opinion. New Porter is described as the Best New Beer for 1994! The caption reads: Oha bittersweet balance of malt and hops with a light cream finish. Mocha Porter is made from Northwest Harrington and Klages; 135-165, 95-115 and 70-80 Crystal; Beeston Chocolate Black Munich and Carastan malts. Perle and Centennial hops. Mocha Porter is available in a 12-ounce 6-pack the classic 22-ounce bottle and on draft.

This is our attempt of substituting the morning mochaccino coffee with a beer. You get the nicely roasted chocolate malts, some creamy lactose for the milk and a shot of nutty espresso coffee in your mug. And then some alcohol, it seemed just as obvious as some vodka in a white russian. We do not recommend opting for this beer instead of coffee (all the time…)

A Belgian style dubbel ale brewed using chocolate malts and MN cherries. We complete this beer by aging on a specialty MN toasted oak lending to a wonderful smokey finish. A wonderful compliment to any red meat dish, this beer can also be enjoyed with or in place of your favorite chocolate dessert. Decadence in a glass!

Named after a local beginning surf beach just North of Ventura. Brewed in the style of an American Cream Ale, Mondo's is a refreshing lighter bodied ale, with a mild bready malt character and just a hint of corn to add a crisp finish and accent the subtle hop bitterness. Pairs well with salad or grilled chicken. Silver Medal winner at the 2012 LA County Fair Commercial Beer Competition.
