Mana Wheat is a classic American Wheat Ale brewed with maui Gold Pineapple juice, pick and pressed on the island of Maui. Light in both color and body with a distinct smooth character from the wheat malt and pineapple aroma this is an ideal session beer. The pineapple juice, added during fermentation, adds character, tartness, and tropical fruit notes. With a slight haze from the wheat and residual yeast, the beer pours with a thick, creamy head.

In strict accordance with the German purity law of 1516, we present to you this annually brewed festbier. Traditionally brewed in March and stored deep in the caves of Germany, this beer was brought to the masses to celebrate in October. It is a Vienna-style lager with a bit more malt and hops making a malty but balanced beverage. Copper-orange in color, it sports a toasty malt backbone that wonderfully compliments itself with many of our menu items. Marzen Style Lager

The Real Refreshing Alternative. MPA is a golden ale made from all-British malt, Liberty and Mount Hood hops. MPA is brewed 3.7% ABV cask and is brewed at 4.1% ABV exclusively for bottle.

Fresh organic orange zest and cracked coriander complement the orange blossom honey used in this ale. Like a mountain breeze through the citrus trees.

The inspiration for this brew originates in the night of January 27th in the year 1687. The moon projected its reddish glow on Saint Rumbold’s tower, which was wrapped in a dense fog. “Fire, fire, the tower is on fire!” shouts the dreary voice of a drunken man. The alarm was sounded and people were making haste to help extinguish the so-called fire. Before the tower was reached, the moon slowly moved through the fog. From that moment on, the Mechelenians are called the Maneblussers or “Moon extinguishers”. To commemorate their heroic deed, we brew a heroic beer called The Maneblusser. A blonde beer with an alcohol percentage of 6 % VOL. Brewed according to the traditional method of high fermentation with refermentation in the bottle. For the heroic Mechelenians, but not exclusively of course.

Just in time for the warm spring days of 2012, Mango Ginger Ale is flying off shelves faster than we ever thought possible! It must be that crisp, delicious flavor taking everyone by storm. First take in fresh mango to your nose, then get a hint of ginger with the first sip. Bright mango washes it down, and finally a ginger pop comes back with hops in the finish.

A refreshing beer with the subtle aroma and flavor of mangos. We use 50% wheat malt in the brew, along with premium barley and a touch of Saaz hops. Fresh mango puree is added after fermentation to create a beverage great when enjoyed by itself or paired with your favorite barbecue.

Mankato Original (M.O.) is an homage to the traditional top-fermented beers of Cologne, Germany; it is light and refreshing with a crisp bitterness, delicate hop aroma, subtle malt flavor and a hint of fruitiness. M.O. is a great beer to enjoy anytime; it will compliment a wide variety of foods from pizza to sausages and sauerkraut. It will also pair well with cheeses like Muenster, Edam and Gouda.

A delicate amount of maple syrup is added to each barrel of our award winning Maple Nut Brown Ale to impart roasted sweetness. Aggressive, yet sessionable IPA with pronounced citrus and pine over a modest malt backbone.

Marc Six, an easy to drink taste of summer. A perfect way to round out a day on the beach, at the park, cutting grass, on the water… If it’s something you do in summer, try it with a Marc Six in your hand. Perfection just got a little nicer! This pale golden ale is slightly sweet, lightly hopped, smooth, crisp and refreshing. A subdued hop aroma and just the lightest hint of fruityness round out a delicate and crisp, yet surprisingly complex, blonde style ale. At only 4¾% alcohol by volume, it’s very sessionable. Also, being delicate and crisp means it won’t weigh you down with mouth chewing maltyness, or wreck your tongue with an onslaught of bitter hops. Wait, wait… What do we mean by “sessionable”? Glad you asked! A session beer is one with a moderate alcohol level of between 4% and 5½%. In other words, just enough alcohol to get you buzzed but not so much that you’ll be flat on your back after enjoying two of ‘em. They’re specifically brewed this way so that you can drink several over a long beer-drinking “session”.

The brown beer was originally only brewed for Christmas, but over the centuries it became a force to reckon with. Maredsous Brune has a creamy foaming dark, burgundy color, is easily recognizable by its expressive aroma bouquet. A generous caramel bouquet is completed with masterly fruity touches

A light brown beer flavored with honey, this beer is refreshingly light. Mild, Crystal and Chocolate Malts combine with Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops to create a complex but light taste.

Situated just across from 40 acres of Rogue hops, colonies of beers were carefully kept, fed, and smoked and the honey was uncapped, extracted, filtered and finally infused into a refreshing Marionberry Braggot. We made this braggot with our own farm's hops, barley, honey, and marionberries.

MARK Oak is brewed on hay and other local produce from Herslev. It is aged in wood at the port wine casks, which has been used to store both whiskey and star BREW earlier. It is vinous, fresh and tart and have clear tones of taniner from the barrels, which gives a round and full-bodied rounding on a fresh and tangy BREW.

This full-bodied dry stout bottled in County Carlow, south-west of Dublin is based on an authentic recipe first introduced around 1740. Its taste was said to make grown men weep for more! Its unique blend of roasted malts, grains and bitter hops ensures a deliciously balanced and smooth flavor.

In former times the Brauordnung ("brewing ordinance") decreed, that brewing was allowed only from Michaelmas (29. September) to George (23. April). To bridge the resulting gap, brewers made a special beer, which was longer durable: The Märzen. Some more hop and stronger boiling of the brew helped to cover the summer times. And we do the same now.
