T.K.O.

Not the "Darkest" beer we brew but the strongest. T.K.O. Is an Old Ale style beer pushing Barley Wine status. TKO is brewed using malted barley from England, Germany, and the U.S.. This ale uses more than double the malted barley we use in the production of the Kolsch. The result is a very sharply alcoholic but surprisingly smooth ale. Many caramel, candy like and slightly roasted malt flavors come through fairly dry and slightly balanced by moderate hop bitterness.

T.R.E.A.T. Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter

Intriguing doses of sweet spices, cocoa nibs and pumpkin transform an exceptional porter into a mesmerizing potion. Pour this tantalizing brew into a snifter and experience its many eccentric nuances, which will delight your taste buds. This is the same award-winning recipe that garnered a GOLD MEDAL at GABF in 2007. Formerly known simply as Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Porter, we’ve named it T.R.E.A.T.: The Royal Eccentric Ale Treatment. TREAT melds rich decadent flavors into an enticing brew that is perfect for pairing with both sweet and savory dishes. Add depth to desserts like pumpkin cheesecake, bread pudding and tiramisu. Reduce this porter down then glaze grilled meats. Mix Moroccan spices with TREAT to marinate lamb shanks before slow-roasting. The options are endless. But the most important step is pouring yourself a lovely glass of TREAT to enjoy with the rewarding results of your efforts. With so many tones and textures to experience, will you find this brew… Demented…or delightful?

Ta Henket

For this ambitious liquid time capsule, we used ingredients and traditions plucked from Egyptian hieroglyphics. Ta Henket is brewed with an ancient form of wheat and loaves of hearth-baked bread, and it's flavored with chamomile, doum-palm fruit and Middle Eastern herbs. To ferment this earthy ancient ale, Sam and friends traveled to Cairo, set out baited petri dishes and captured a native Egyptian saccharomyces yeast strain. "It was the strangest picnic I've ever been on," he said.

Table Beer

Mystic Table Beer traces its roots back to a time when water was never an option at the dining table. Beer from 1.2-4.5% ABV was served at the table as well as in the fields in the form of saison. Its flavor and texture are derived from our house yeast strain, ‘Renaud’ as well as traditional bottle-conditioning. The Name. Like it’s big brother Mystic Saison, Table Beer was named to reflect the unpretentious field beers that inspired it.

Tackler’s Gold

In 1828, when our founder John Lee realised that workers in his mill were going spending their wages on beer, he made the clever choice of opening his own brewery. This crafty man inspired us to produce Tackler’s Gold and is an acknowledgement of our heritage. The Tackler had the top job in the mill, a roll filled by those who could tackle anything – it also had its rich rewards. Tackler’s Gold represents the hard-working and clever men of the North and passion that shines through in each pint of Tackler’s Gold. Tackler’s Gold consists of Sovereign and Willamette hops, to produce a taste that’s original in style and flavour. Enjoy the rewards of Tackler’s Gold a pint to tackle all.

Tactical Nuclear Penguin

This is the worlds strongest ever beer, ever (yes ever). No Penguins were harmed in the making of this beer; some humans did get very, very cold though. It was worth it. The Antarctic name, inducing schizophrenia, of this Ÿber-imperial stout originates from the amount of time it spent exposed to extreme cold. This beer was initially double barrel aged for 14 months; maturing in the deep, rich oak of Scottish whisky casks. After this epic maturation the beer was then frozen, then frozen again, then frozen again. This is an extremely strong beer, it should be enjoyed in small servings and with an air of aristocratic nonchalance. In exactly the same manner that you would enjoy a fine whisky, a Frank Zappa album or a visit from a friendly yet anxious ghost.

Tafelbier is a Belgian beer of lower strength - and for good reason. Tafelbier was, (and still is) enjoyed by Belgian families at meal time. This is the ultimate summer session beer at 2.8% ABV. Tafelbier Lager

The classic German beer is perhaps best represented in this classic lager. Made with German Pilsen 2-row malt and Vienna, Munich and acidulated malts this beer goes down smooth. The name (roughly translated) means table beer. This beer will grace any table it is set upon. Perle, Tettnager and Hallertau hops balance this beverage into one that you’ll want again.

Tafelbully

Tafelbully (TAH-full bully) is a Belgian-inspired table beer based on a recipe from our friend Matt Staley. Tafelbully is the bully of the other table beers, pushing them around with its citrusy dry hopping, Belgian yeast spiciness, and a refreshing Brettanomyces finish. Even though it is a bit bolder than most, this is still a session beer. It features a delicate malt character from the European pilsner and specialty malts and judicious dry hopping with citrusy Sorachi and Amarillo to compliment the gentle fruitiness and delicate phenols of the Belgian and Brettanomyces yeasts.
