Sweet Sussex Stout is a lush, sweet stout and a fine example of a style now rarely produced but extremely popular during the mid twentieth century. Tasting notes: It has an aroma of burnt sugar and a soft, rounded, sweet palate offset by a slightly burnt aftertaste.

This oatmeal stout is the tasty combination of whole bean vanilla, cocoa nibs, and coffee from Acoustic Java on Main Street in Worcester.

Caramel malt flavors meld with sweet potato in the mash and are joined with brown sugar and lactose in the boil for a sweet and starchy richness. Roasted sweet potatoes tossed with zested ginger and lemon and added to the fermenter compliment fruity esters and lend a citrusy, zingy finish to what is otherwise a big-bodied treat. And the flavor builds, infinitely... just like the goodwill and comradery at your holiday gathering. Am I right?

Taking our love of Belgian beers to the next level, we’re excited to announce the arrival of Sweet Tooth, a salted caramel Belgian Dark Strong Ale. Dark, complex and smooth, Sweet Tooth boasts rich, toasty caramel malt flavors with hints of dark fruit, spices and just a touch of salt. We like to think of it as a beer Willy Wonka would’ve made for the Oompa Loompas to enjoy after an 18-hour shift making everlasting gobstoppers.

Sweet “6” was named after the Meckley children, six in all and each with their own personality – just like our ciders. This blend changes from season to season and is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Served thoroughly chilled or enjoy it mulled with a bit of spiced rum.

This is a classic American Porter, poured on tap it has a good head that stays and leaves a nice lace. It is defined by its chocolate malt, medium body, and smooth mouthfeel. Balanced by the Golding and Columbus hops on the finish is a hint of bitterness. Don't be afraid of the dark.

Rodger the Dodger and his Imperial Porter bone offense didn't stand a bat wings change once we dipped our Nicaraguan bean sack through his facemask! We blindsided his 8.5% ABV jock strap back to the fields to pick more beans, resulting in his Immaculate con-Catch-tion of intense forearm shivers of chocolate malt, a body like the Bus and blitzes of gridiron hops, all clotheslined by intense coffee overtones. So goo that you'll need your terrible towel to wipe the tears.

The British Rye Cream is an esoteric style, quite unique in Britain. It’s made with rye, and as its name suggests, the result is a creamy, smooth beer. The Swimmin’ Cow is amber-brown in color, with a fair bit of maltiness and a moderate body. The rye character comes out, with a definite creaminess and a hint of grain. The beer is moderately bitter, with a little hop flavor and medium aroma. The finish is very creamy, with a foamy, crisp head due to nitrogenation. Expect to see it in late summer or early fall.
