Tele-porter is a robust porter with a rich grain bill and dark malts that we brew with cocoa nibs, milk sugar and aromatic coffee roasted by our friends at Notorious Coffee in Marshall, NC These ingredients give this beer a wonderful nose of coffee and chocolate, a creamy tan head, and rich mocha taste.

Telekinesis is a hoppy, tart, and smashable American wild ale fermented with a mixed culture of yeast and spontaneous microbes. Mosaic, Citra, and Falconer’s Flight hops contribute peachy, tropical hop character. Lightly toasted white oak spirals lend subtle tannin structure, while our no-boil process leaves a puckering hint of raw sourdough.

The meaning of Temerity is excessive confidence or boldness; audacity. This other than standard wine is aged and fermented in our Utopian barrels, for at least six months. This is one of the most profound wines made from honey you will ever try. Dry and assertive blackcurrants balanced by the oak.

A collaboration by BJ's Brewhouse and Stone Brewing Co. Temple of Stone IPA is BJ's first collaboration with Stone Brewing Co., one of the most successful craft brewers in America. It's a truly unique and distinctive IPA that is brewed with malted wheat, experimental hops and elderflower. The use of wheat enhances the complex hop profile. Two experimental hop varieties - Jarrylo and Belma - contribute fruity hop flavors that resemble blackberry and strawberry, while mellow floral notes of elderflower cover the palate. The finish is hop bitter as you would expect from an IPA. For our annual collaboration beer, we teamed up with our longtime friends at Stone Brewing Co. - craft brewing pioneers known for their love of hops who, like BJ's, got their start brewing beer in Southern California in 1996. Together we decided to brew a wheat IPA with a unique hop profile.

A classic Irish dry stout with sour overtones in the flavor, similar to the famous "black stuff." This ale has a light body, slight roastiness, and lower alcohol level, which makes it quite drinkable. When you think of Irish beers you think of this!

There was a time when alcohol was forbidden in America, creating a void filled only by the times’ most daring entrepreneurs. For this unique beer, we’ve proudly joined forces with Templeton Rye Spirits in Templeton, Iowa and their famous prohibition-era whiskey. Aged 12 months in Templeton Rye casks, this red ale hints of whiskey, vanilla and oak. Drink inconspicuously or boldly share it with friends.

Full bodied and rich, Temptation Red Ale is a sultry jazz singer in your glass. Continuously hopped during the brew and dry hopped after fermentation with a single hop, this beer has a uniquely full flavor profile.

A very tempting extreme twist on the classic robust porter, brewed with over 300 kg of malt and infused with a dash of rich Dutch cocoa and whole vanilla beans. Luscious chocolate, coffee, and caramel flavors are balanced by a hint of vanilla and a body of 6% alcohol. A perfect winter warmer or a complement to meat pies and chocolate-based desserts. A definite "unisex" beer with great appeal for both guys and gals.

Brewed with pale ale, crystal malts, invert sugar and aged on toasted sassafras, this celebratory Old Ale is meant for sharing. Amber in color with aged flavors of toffee, sherry and vanilla-sassafras, finishing with a warming full-bodied swallow.

To celebrate ten years of brewing in Austin, Texas we decided to go big and hoppy. We are pleased to release our TEN Anniversary Ale, a barleywine brewed and dry-hopped with Chinook and Columbus hops. We had a ton of fun brewing this ale. We ran the wort through 50 pounds of whole leaf Chinook and Columbus using our new hop back. And then generously dry-hopped with Chinook and Columbus in the fermenter. The results are outstanding! Our TEN Anniversary ale is a fragrant, hop-forward barleywine that delivers a subtle boozy malt sweetness balanced by citrus hop flavor. Available in 4-packs for a limited time.

Ten FIDY Imperial Stout – This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hide a hefty 98 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt. Ten FIDY (10.5% ABV) is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops. Ten FIDY is the ultimate celebration of dark malts and boundary-stretching beer.

Ten Hills traces its story to Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho, famous for growing hops of exceptional quality and character. With hops from the "first ten hills" grown for Goose Island at Elk Mountain, we crafted a pale ale that delivers both a herbal and citrus hop character.
