Tax Holiday is a full-bodied, reddish-amber Christmas ale. Chocolate rye creates a rich and spicy malt profile, while Hunter’s Farm Buckwheat Honey provides deep color, sparkling dryness and subtle notes of molasses. A blend of Pacific Gem and Saaz hops contribute warm but balanced fruit and oak flavors on the back of the palate. Ringing in at 10% ABV, Tax Holiday will be the perfect beer to warm up with on a cold winter’s night.

Our Amber Ale is very drinkable and refreshing with a smooth malt and hop character. We use the finest German and English malted barleys along with American Cascade and German Hallertaur hops to produce this great ale. Enough said. Cheers!

Blood Orange and Passion Fruit Wheat Ale.

What happens when you mix the hop profile of a Pale Ale with the yeast characteristics of a Saison? Well that’s what we wanted to find out. This first experiment into a new hybrid style (for us) uses Zythos and Soraci Ace hops to add a touch of lemon character to the earthy, spicy Saison yeast. A touch of carmel malt rounds out the Pale Ale backbone of an otherwise very dry farmhouse beer.

Tea Off is a light bodied, full flavored wheat ale with a rich copper color. Green tea, orange peel, and coriander are incorporated in this wheat ale making it a refreshing choice on a hot day or night. Tea Off Ale beer that can truly be enjoyed by all.

In making our signature pale ale we knew we wanted to do something different. We needed something that stood out, complimented the subtleness of our pale ale, and said we will a pale ale like no other - whole leaf tea was the perfect ingredient. We then looked to the Sorachi Ace hop to produce a unique lemon flavor to compliment the tea. An incredible amount of tea goes into this beer so much so our brewers have a tough time getting the whole leaf tea out when done (picture the tea party men tossing chests of tea overboard). We named it Tea Party Pale Ale because the flavors seen to dance on your tongue and they stand strong in a sea of mediocrity.

TEACHER’S PET is an easy drinking, fresh, crisp cider made from late harvest eating apples. Though light-bodied, it has structure and subtle young green notes of apricot, citrus and unripe apples with prickly acidity. Give your teacher an apple!

Our flagship beer, a traditional english bitter brewed with earl grey tea and lemon zest. This beer boasts a complex flavor profile with bready, spicy, and citrus elements coming from the mix of traditional English brewing ingredients and earl grey tea.

International Pale Ale -Technique Double Pale Ale uses groundbreaking experimental hops & methods to give you a great aroma and depth. Don't expect a hoppy juice bomb. What grabs you about Technique is waves of smooth pine/forest/sharp red fruitiness, and a very, very special sweet earthiness that defies description. We use odd but great hops indeed! Our one-of-a-kind equipment stews hops in a 170* portion of the FINISHED beer and uses an uber high secondary dry-hopping fermentation pressure of 60 psi with 2 yeast strains....that is a partial glimpse of the unique methods in Technique DPA. Enjoy!

Watermelons WERE harmed during the making of this beer. We took a base light beer and infused it with the juiced cores of approximately seventy watermelons. Perfect refreshment for an adventurous hot summer day.
